本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种ABS、PC共混配方。
背景技术
ABS、PC共混材料在汽车材料领域有广泛的应用,但存在着耐热性能差的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高耐热性能的ABS、PC共混耐热配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
ABS、PC共混耐热配方,其改进之处在于:每100份ABS树脂中配备:16~19份PC、6~9份LCP、4~7份PS-g-MAH、0.3~0.6份HSt。
进一步改进在于:每100份ABS树脂中配备:17~18份PC、7~8份LCP、5~6份PS-g-MAH、0.4~0.5份HSt。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、加入LCP,显著提高耐热性能。
2、每100份ABS树脂中配备:17~18份PC、7~8份LCP、5~6份PS-g-MAH、0.4~0.5份HSt,可进一步提高耐热性能。

实施例3:
ABS、PC共混耐热配方,每100份ABS树脂中配备:17份PC、7份LCP、5份PS-g-MAH、0.4份HSt。
实施例4:
ABS、PC共混耐热配方,每100份ABS树脂中配备:18份PC、8份LCP、6份PS-g-MAH、0.5份HSt。
