本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种PS共混改性配方。
背景技术
PS共混改性材料具有较高的硬度,但韧性较差,易损坏。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高韧性的PS、SBR共混改性配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
PS、SBR共混改性配方,其改进之处在于:每100份PS树脂配备:21~24份SBR(丁苯胶)、5~7份SBS-g-MAH、0.3~0.5份ZnSt。
进一步改进在于:每100份PS树脂配备:22~23份SBR(丁苯胶)、6~6.5份SBS-g-MAH、0.4~0.45份ZnSt。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、加入SBR(丁苯胶),显著提高韧性。
2、每100份PS树脂配备:22~23份SBR(丁苯胶)、6~6.5份SBS-g-MAH、0.4~0.45份ZnSt,可进一步提高韧性。

PS、SBR共混改性配方,每100份PS树脂配备:24份SBR(丁苯胶)、7份SBS-g-MAH、0.5份ZnSt。
实施例3:
PS、SBR共混改性配方,每100份PS树脂配备:22份SBR(丁苯胶)、6份SBS-g-MAH、0.4份ZnSt。
实施例4:
PS、SBR共混改性配方,每100份PS树脂配备:23份SBR(丁苯胶)、6.5份SBS-g-MAH、0.45份ZnSt。
