本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
POM、TPU共混改性配方,其改进之处在于:每100份POM树脂配备:19~22份TPU(弹性体)。
进一步改进在于:每100份POM树脂配备:20~21份TPU(弹性体)。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、加入TPU(弹性体),材料结晶度降低,显著提高抗冲击强度。
2、每100份POM树脂配备:20~21份TPU(弹性体),可进一步提高抗冲击强度。
