本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种PP配方。
背景技术
PP材料有较低的热变形温度(100℃)、低透明度、低光泽度、低刚性,但硬度、刚性有待改善。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著改善硬度、刚性的滑石粉填充PP配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
滑石粉填充PP配方,其改进之处在于:每100份PP树脂配备:45~48份滑石粉、0.6~0.9份HSt。
进一步改进在于:所述滑石粉经1%偶联剂处理。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、加入滑石粉,显著改善硬度、刚性。
2、滑石粉经1%偶联剂处理,可进一步改善硬度、刚性。

实施例1:
滑石粉填充PP配方,每100份PP树脂配备:45份滑石粉、0.6份HSt,本实施例中,滑石粉经1%偶联剂处理。
实施例2:
滑石粉填充PP配方,每100份PP树脂配备:48份滑石粉、0.9份HSt,本实施例中,滑石粉经1%偶联剂处理。
