本发明公开了一种TPU、PVC共混配方,由45~55份TPU(聚已内酯‑MDI型)、45~55份PVC、3.5~4.5份环氧类增塑剂、1.5~2份ZnSt共混而成。本发明显著提高抗冲击强度。

本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种PVC共混配方。
背景技术
PVC共混材料脆性较高,不耐冲击。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高抗冲击强度的TPU、PVC共混配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
TPU、PVC共混配方,其改进之处在于:由45~55份TPU(聚已内酯-MDI型)、45~55份PVC、3.5~4.5份环氧类增塑剂、1.5~2份ZnSt共混而成。
进一步改进在于:由48~52份TPU(聚已内酯-MDI型)、48~52份PVC、3.8~4.2份环氧类增塑剂、1.7~1.8份ZnSt共混而成。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、TPU、PVC共混,显著提高抗冲击强度。
2、由48~52份TPU(聚已内酯-MDI型)、48~52份PVC、3.8~4.2份环氧类增塑剂、1.7~1.8份ZnSt共混而成,可进一步提高抗冲击强度。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
TPU、PVC共混配方,由45份TPU(聚已内酯-MDI型)、55份PVC、3.5份环氧类增塑剂、1.5份ZnSt共混而成。
实施例2:
TPU、PVC共混配方,由55份TPU(聚已内酯-MDI型)、45份PVC、4.5份环氧类增塑剂、2份ZnSt共混而成。
实施例3:
TPU、PVC共混配方,由48份TPU(聚已内酯-MDI型)、52份PVC、3.8份环氧类增塑剂、1.7份ZnSt共混而成。
实施例4:
TPU、PVC共混配方,由52份TPU(聚已内酯-MDI型)、48份PVC、4.2份环氧类增塑剂、1.8份ZnSt共混而成。

1.一种TPU、PVC共混配方,其特征在于:由45~55份TPU(聚已内酯-MDI型)、45~55份PVC、3.5~4.5份环氧类增塑剂、1.5~2份ZnSt共混而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的TPU、PVC共混配方,其特征在于:由48~52份TPU(聚已内酯-MDI型)、48~52份PVC、3.8~4.2份环氧类增塑剂、1.7~1.8份ZnSt共混而成。
