技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子材料配方,特别是一种PVC配方。
背景技术
为了提高PVC材料的强度,现在一般是在硬质PVC树脂中添加普通增强剂,但添加普通增强剂后会明显降低PVC材料的韧性。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种在不降低PVC材料韧性前提下显著提高PVC材料强度的增强型PVC配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
增强型PVC配方,其改进之处在于:每100份PA-66树脂中添加增塑剂16份、PP-g-EPDM相容剂5份、玻璃微珠增强剂18份、PP蜡0.5份、HSt润滑剂1.5份。
进一步改进在于:所述增塑剂为SEBS增塑剂。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、加入玻璃微珠增强剂,在不降低PVC材料韧性前提下显著提高PVC材料强度。
2、增塑剂为SEBS增塑剂,显著提高PVC材料韧性。

实施例:
增强型PVC配方,每100份PA-66树脂中添加增塑剂16份、PP-g-EPDM相容剂5份、玻璃微珠增强剂18份、PP蜡0.5份、HSt润滑剂1.5份。
本实施例中,增塑剂为SEBS增塑剂。
