本发明公开了一种PVC生态地板,包括:PVC树脂、碳酸钙、木粉、硬脂酸钙、偶氮二甲酰胺、ACR、MBS助剂、硬脂酸,各组分的重量份数为PVC树脂100份、碳酸钙140~160份、木粉50~60份、硬脂酸钙4~5份、偶氮二甲酰胺3~3.2份、ACR5~6份、MBS助剂10~12份、硬脂酸0.6~1份,将各组分原料进行充分混合后,经过挤出成型基材、砂光、贴膜、包装即得本产品。本发明制得的PVC生态地板稳定性好,且生产成本大大降低,具有良好的市场竞争力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种PVC生态地板,应用于PVC加工技术领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,生态地板已被越来越多的人们所接受,而PVC生态地板由于几乎不含甲醛更加得到人们的青睐,PVC生态地板具有阻燃性、防水性能好、防虫性能高等等优点,但目前制约PVC生态地板发展的是成本较高,同时在加工过过程中容易发生形变。
发明内容
为解决上述的问题,本发明公开了一种PVC生态地板,具有成本较低、稳定性好的优点。
本发明公布了一种PVC生态地板,包括:PVC树脂、碳酸钙、木粉、硬脂酸钙、偶氮二甲酰胺、ACR、MBS助剂、硬脂酸,各组分的重量份数为PVC树脂100份、碳酸钙140~160份、木粉50~60份、硬脂酸钙4~5份、偶氮二甲酰胺3~3.2份、ACR5~6份、MBS助剂10~12份、硬脂酸0.6~1份,将各组分原料进行充分混合后,经过挤出成型基材、砂光、贴膜、包装即得本产品。
在上述配方中,各组元的作用如下:
碳酸钙:起骨架作用,提高PVC制品稳定性,有助于加工成型;
木粉:提高制品的力学性能、提高拉伸强度与冲击强度;
硬脂酸钙:作为PVC树脂的稳定剂;
偶氮二甲酰胺:作为PVC树脂的发泡助剂;
ACR:促进PVC的塑化、提高熔体塑化的均匀度;
MBS助剂:增强改性剂与聚合物之间的相容性;
硬脂酸:降低熔体的流动阻力,避免熔体与设备表面粘附,提高制品的表面光洁度。
采用本技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:生产成本低、且在制造时,制品不易变形,制品稳定性高。

实施例一:
一种PVC生态地板,包括:PVC树脂、碳酸钙、木粉、硬脂酸钙、偶氮二甲酰胺、ACR、MBS助剂、硬脂酸,各组分的重量份数为PVC树脂100份、碳酸钙150份、木粉50份、硬脂酸钙4份、偶氮二甲酰胺3份、ACR5.5份、MBS助剂11份、硬脂酸0.6份,将各组分原料进行充分混合后,经过挤出成型基材、砂光、贴膜、包装即得本产品。
实施例二:
一种PVC生态地板,包括:PVC树脂、碳酸钙、木粉、硬脂酸钙、偶氮二甲酰胺、ACR、MBS助剂、硬脂酸,各组分的重量份数为PVC树脂100份、碳酸钙145份、木粉60份、硬脂酸钙4.5份、偶氮二甲酰胺3.1份、ACR6份、MBS助剂12份、硬脂酸0.8份,将各组分原料进行充分混合后,经过挤出成型基材、砂光、贴膜、包装即得本产品。

1.一种PVC生态地板,其特征在于,包括:PVC树脂、碳酸钙、木粉、硬脂酸钙、偶氮二甲酰胺、ACR、MBS助剂、硬脂酸,各组分的重量份数为PVC树脂100份、碳酸钙140~160份、木粉50~60份、硬脂酸钙4~5份、偶氮二甲酰胺3~3.2份、ACR5~6份、MBS助剂10~12份、硬脂酸0.6~1份,将各组分原料进行充分混合后,经过挤出成型基材、砂光、贴膜、包装即得本产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC生态地板,其特征在于,包括:PVC树脂、碳酸钙、木粉、硬脂酸钙、偶氮二甲酰胺、ACR、MBS助剂、硬脂酸,各组分的重量份数为PVC树脂100份、碳酸钙150份、木粉50份、硬脂酸钙4份、偶氮二甲酰胺3份、ACR5.5份、MBS助剂11份、硬脂酸0.6份,将各组分原料进行充分混合后,经过挤出成型基材、砂光、贴膜、包装即得本产品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC生态地板,其特征在于,包括:PVC树脂、碳酸钙、木粉、硬脂酸钙、偶氮二甲酰胺、ACR、MBS助剂、硬脂酸,各组分的重量份数为PVC树脂100份、碳酸钙145份、木粉60份、硬脂酸钙4.5份、偶氮二甲酰胺3.1份、ACR6份、MBS助剂12份、硬脂酸0.8份,将各组分原料进行充分混合后,经过挤出成型基材、砂光、贴膜、包装即得本产品。
