本发明公开了改性环保PVC复合木塑颗粒,包括树脂、木粉、稳定剂、白炭黑、碳酸钙、增强剂、增韧剂、丙烯酸、硬脂酸、钛白粉、碳酸氢钠,其特征在于,所述的树脂54‑58重量份,木粉18‑22重量份、稳定剂3‑5重量份、白炭黑1‑4重量份、碳酸钙4‑6重量份、增强剂3‑5重量份、增韧剂2‑5重量份、丙烯酸1‑3重量份、硬脂酸1‑3重量份、钛白粉1‑4重量份、碳酸氢钠1‑2重量份。所述的树脂为PVC树脂。所述的稳定剂为环保稳定剂型号为K132B。所述的增强剂为MBS。所述的增韧剂为CPE。本发明的有益条件在于:与木材比,尺寸稳定性好,不会产生变形、龟裂、曲翘、不会虫蛀、发霉、防腐蚀、耐老化、易清洁、阻燃;可锯、可刨、可钉、可上漆二次加工性能好;与塑料比,具有天然的芳香,木质感和木纹。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料领域,特别是改性环保PVC复合木塑颗粒。
背景技术
PVC木塑复合材料(Wood-Plastic Composites,WPC)是国内外近年蓬勃兴起的一类新型复合材料,指利用聚氯乙烯,与木粉、稻壳、竹粉等植物纤维混合成新的木质材料,混配和造粒而制备的复合材料颗粒。再经挤压、模压、注射成型等塑料加工工艺,生产出的板材或型材。在环保方面PVC木塑制品满足一些特定性能和工艺成型范围要求方面越来越高,PVC制品最早是直接用聚氯乙烯和木粉及助剂混合后,直接用混合后的粉体经热挤压而成型的工艺基本被淘汰。取而代之的是,先将混合物充分混配,然后经双螺杆造粒机造粒,也就是生产成PVC木塑颗粒,然后再经挤压、模压、注射成型等塑料加工工艺,生产出的板材或型材。这种用颗粒制备成的型材,工艺稳定,性能大幅提高。尤其是环保PVC木塑制品,基本上都是用PVC颗粒来生产的。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种尺寸稳定性好,重量轻,不会产生变形、龟裂、曲翘、不会虫蛀、发霉、防腐蚀、耐老化、易清洁、阻燃;可锯、可刨、可钉二次加工性能好的改性环保PVC复合木塑颗粒。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案:
改性环保PVC复合木塑颗粒,包括树脂、木粉、稳定剂、白炭黑、碳酸钙、增强剂、增韧剂、丙烯酸、硬脂酸、钛白粉、碳酸氢钠,其特征在于,所述的树脂54-58重量份,木粉18-22重量份、稳定剂3-5重量份、白炭黑1-4重量份、碳酸钙4-6重量份、增强剂3-5重量份、增韧剂2-5重量份、丙烯酸1-3重量份、硬脂酸1-3重量份、钛白粉1-4重量份、碳酸氢钠1-2重量份。
作为优选,所述的树脂为PVC树脂。
作为优选,所述的稳定剂为环保稳定剂型号为K132B。
作为优选,所述的增强剂为MBS。
作为优选,所述的增韧剂为CPE。
本发明的有益条件在于:与木材比,尺寸稳定性好,不会产生变形、龟裂、曲翘、不会虫蛀、发霉、防腐蚀、耐老化、易清洁、阻燃;可锯、可刨、可钉、可上漆二次加工性能好;与塑料比,具有天然的芳香,木质感和木纹。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
本发明为改性环保PVC复合木塑颗粒,由下列重量份的原料制成 :树脂56重量份,木粉20重量份、稳定剂4.5重量份、白炭黑2重量份、碳酸钙5重量份、增强剂4重量份、增韧剂3重量份、丙烯酸1.8重量份、硬脂酸0.6重量份、钛白粉2.1重量份、碳酸氢钠1重量份。所述的树脂为PVC树脂。所述的稳定剂为环保稳定剂型号为K132B。所述的增强剂为MBS。所述的增韧剂为CPE。
实施例2:
本发明为改性环保PVC复合木塑颗粒,由下列重量份的原料制成 :树脂56重量份,木粉20重量份、稳定剂4.5重量份、白炭黑2重量份、碳酸钙5重量份、增强剂6重量份、增韧剂5重量份、丙烯酸1.8重量份、硬脂酸0.6重量份、钛白粉2.1重量份、碳酸氢钠1重量份。所述的树脂为PVC树脂。所述的稳定剂为环保稳定剂型号为K132B。所述的增强剂为MBS。所述的增韧剂为CPE。
通过以上重量份生产出来的产品测试结果如表1所示,

由表1、2可以看出,产品的硬度、冲击强度、弯曲强度、拉伸强度显著大于一般值,产品综合性能显著增强。

1.改性环保PVC复合木塑颗粒,由树脂、木粉、稳定剂、白炭黑、碳酸钙、增强剂、增韧剂、丙烯酸、硬脂酸、钛白粉、碳酸氢钠组成,其特征在于,所述的树脂54-58重量份,木粉18-22重量份、稳定剂3-5重量份、白炭黑1-4重量份、碳酸钙4-6重量份、增强剂3-5重量份、增韧剂2-5重量份、丙烯酸1-3重量份、硬脂酸1-3重量份、钛白粉1-4重量份、碳酸氢钠1-2重量份;所述的增强剂为MBS。
2.改性环保PVC复合木塑颗粒,由树脂、木粉、稳定剂、白炭黑、碳酸钙、增强剂、增韧剂、丙烯酸、硬脂酸、钛白粉、碳酸氢钠组成,其特征在于,所述的树脂56重量份,木粉20重量份、稳定剂4.5重量份、白炭黑2重量份、碳酸钙5重量份、增强剂4重量份、增韧剂3重量份、丙烯酸1.8重量份、硬脂酸0.6重量份、钛白粉2.1重量份、碳酸氢钠1重量份;所述的增强剂为MBS。
3.改性环保PVC复合木塑颗粒,由树脂、木粉、稳定剂、白炭黑、碳酸钙、增强剂、增韧剂、丙烯酸、硬脂酸、钛白粉、碳酸氢钠组成,其特征在于,所述的树脂56重量份,木粉20重量份、稳定剂4.5重量份、白炭黑2重量份、碳酸钙5重量份、增强剂6重量份、增韧剂5重量份、丙烯酸1.8重量份、硬脂酸0.6重量份、钛白粉2.1重量份、碳酸氢钠1重量份;所述的增强剂为MBS。
