技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种PE共混配方。
背景技术
PE共混材料具有较高的强度、韧性,但阻隔性能较差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高阻隔性能的PE、EVOH共混改性配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
PE、EVOH共混改性配方,其改进之处在于:每100份HDPE树脂中,配备13~17份EVOH树脂、3~6份PE-g-MAH相容剂、0.2~0.3份HSt助剂。
进一步改进在于:每100份HDPE树脂中,配备14~15份EVOH树脂、4~5份PE-g-MAH相容剂、0.2~0.25份HSt助剂。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、本发明显著提高阻隔性能。
2、每100份HDPE树脂中,配备14~15份EVOH树脂、4~5份PE-g-MAH相容剂、0.2~0.25份HSt助剂,阻隔性能更好。

PE、EVOH共混改性配方,每100份HDPE树脂中,配备13份EVOH树脂、3份PE-g-MAH相容剂、0.2份HSt助剂。

PE、EVOH共混改性配方,每100份HDPE树脂中,配备17份EVOH树脂、6份PE-g-MAH相容剂、0.3份HSt助剂。
实施例3:
PE、EVOH共混改性配方,每100份HDPE树脂中,配备14份EVOH树脂、4份PE-g-MAH相容剂、0.2份HSt助剂。
实施例4:
PE、EVOH共混改性配方,每100份HDPE树脂中,配备15份EVOH树脂、5份PE-g-MAH相容剂、0.25份HSt助剂。

1.一种PE、EVOH共混改性配方,其特征在于:每100份HDPE树脂中,配备13~17份EVOH树脂、3~6份PE-g-MAH相容剂、0.2~0.3份HSt助剂。
