背景技术
PA共混材料可用于制作汽车零件,具有较高的硬度,但抗冲击强度较差。

本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高抗冲击强度的PA、MBS共混改性配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
PA、MBS共混改性配方,其改进之处在于:每100份PA-6树脂中配备:26~29份MBS、6~8份SMA。
进一步改进在于:每100份PA-6树脂中配备:27~28份MBS、7~7.5份SMA。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、PA、MBS共混,显著提高抗冲击强度。
2、每100份PA-6树脂中配备:27~28份MBS、7~7.5份SMA,可进一步提高抗冲击强度。
