本发明公开了一种PVC、MPR共混改性配方,每100份PVC树脂中配备:16~18份MPR树脂、5~7份MBS、2~4份三碱式硫酸铅、2.2~2.4份二碱式硬脂酸铅、1.1~1.3份PbSt、0.4~0.7份石蜡;进一步改进在于:所述PVC树脂为KJ‑4PVC树脂。本发明显著提高抗冲击能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种PVC共混改性配方。
背景技术
PVC共混材料具有较高的硬度,但抗冲击能力较差,易损坏。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高抗冲击能力的PVC、MPR共混改性配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
PVC、MPR共混改性配方,其改进之处在于:每100份PVC树脂中配备:16~18份MPR树脂、5~7份MBS、2~4份三碱式硫酸铅、2.2~2.4份二碱式硬脂酸铅、1.1~1.3份PbSt、0.4~0.7份石蜡。
进一步改进在于:所述PVC树脂为KJ-4PVC树脂。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:加入MPR,显著提高抗冲击能力。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
PVC、MPR共混改性配方,每100份PVC树脂中配备:16份MPR树脂、5份MBS、2份三碱式硫酸铅、2.2份二碱式硬脂酸铅、1.1份PbSt、0.4份石蜡,本实施例中,所述PVC树脂为KJ-4PVC树脂。
实施例2:
PVC、MPR共混改性配方,每100份PVC树脂中配备:18份MPR树脂、7份MBS、4份三碱式硫酸铅、2.4份二碱式硬脂酸铅、1.3份PbSt、00.7份石蜡,本实施例中,所述PVC树脂为KJ-4PVC树脂。

1.一种PVC、MPR共混改性配方,其特征在于:每100份PVC树脂中配备:16~18份MPR树脂、5~7份MBS、2~4份三碱式硫酸铅、2.2~2.4份二碱式硬脂酸铅、1.1~1.3份PbSt、0.4~0.7份石蜡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC、MPR共混改性配方,其特征在于:所述PVC树脂为KJ-4PVC树脂。
