技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种PVC共混改性配方。
背景技术
PVC共混改性材料有部分应用于建材、电器部件,但加工性能需要改善。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著改善加工性能的PVC、AS共混改性配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
PVC、AS共混改性配方,其改进之处在于:每100份PVC树脂配备:7~10份AS树脂、0.6~0.9份三碱式硫酸铅、0.6~0.9份二碱式亚磷酸铅、0.4~0.7份聚硅氧烷(POS)、1.4~1.6份TiO2
进一步改进在于:每100份PVC树脂配备:8~9份AS树脂、0.7~0.8份三碱式硫酸铅、0.7~0.8份二碱式亚磷酸铅、0.5~0.6份聚硅氧烷(POS)、1.5~1.55份TiO2
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、PVC树脂、AS树脂共混,可显著改善加工性能。
2、每100份PVC树脂配备:8~9份AS树脂、0.7~0.8份三碱式硫酸铅、0.7~0.8份二碱式亚磷酸铅、0.5~0.6份聚硅氧烷(POS)、1.5~1.55份TiO2,可进一步改善加工性能。
