本发明公开了一种PVC、ABS、SBS共混配方,由50份PVC树脂、50份ABS树脂、25~35份SBS树脂、3~3.5份三碱式硫酸铅、2.1~2.3份二碱式硬脂酸铅、0.7~0.9份CaSt共混而成;进一步改进在于:所述PVC树脂为S‑1000~1300PVC树脂。本发明显著提高抗冲击能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种PVC共混改性配方。
背景技术
PVC共混材料具有较高的硬度,但抗冲击能力较差,易损坏。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高抗冲击能力的PVC、ABS、SBS共混配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
PVC、ABS、SBS共混配方,其改进之处在于:由50份PVC树脂、50份ABS树脂、25~35份SBS树脂、3~3.5份三碱式硫酸铅、2.1~2.3份二碱式硬脂酸铅、0.7~0.9份CaSt共混而成。
进一步改进在于:所述PVC树脂为S-1000~1300PVC树脂。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:PVC树脂、ABS树脂、SBS树脂,显著提高抗冲击能力。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
PVC、ABS、SBS共混配方,由50份PVC树脂、50份ABS树脂、25份SBS树脂、3份三碱式硫酸铅、2.1份二碱式硬脂酸铅、0.7份CaSt共混而成,本实施例中,PVC树脂为S-1000~1300PVC树脂。
实施例2:
PVC、ABS、SBS共混配方,由50份PVC树脂、50份ABS树脂、35份SBS树脂、3.5份三碱式硫酸铅、2.3份二碱式硬脂酸铅、0.9份CaSt共混而成,本实施例中,PVC树脂为S-1000~1300PVC树脂。

1.一种PVC、ABS、SBS共混配方,其特征在于:由50份PVC树脂、50份ABS树脂、25~35份SBS树脂、3~3.5份三碱式硫酸铅、2.1~2.3份二碱式硬脂酸铅、0.7~0.9份CaSt共混而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC、ABS、SBS共混配方,其特征在于:所述PVC树脂为S-1000~1300PVC树脂。
