技术领域
本发明涉及一种高强度塑料。
背景技术
ABS树脂是重要的通用合成树脂,主要是丙烯腈、丁二烯和苯乙烯的共混物或三元共聚物,是一种坚韧而有刚性的热塑料塑料,用途非常广泛,汽车工业常用于制造汽车零部件如仪表板、车身外板、内装饰板、方向盘等等,家电行业常用于制造如电冰箱、电视机、真空吸尘器等等,建筑行业常用语制造如卫生器具、游泳池衬里、管材和管件等,另外还用于制造安全帽、摩托车挡板、玩具、时钟、化妆品盒等等。
尽管ABS应用广泛,但由于ABS本身分子结构性能的特性,使得ABS在强度方面不足。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种高强度塑料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所设计的一种高强度塑料,包括以下重量份组分:ABS 50份,硅烷偶联剂 5份,增韧剂 10份,分散剂 1份,发泡剂 2份,增强剂9份,所述增强剂包括重量比为1:2的金属纤维与植物纤维。
优选的,所述硅烷偶联剂为γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述增韧剂为甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、氢化苯乙烯/丁二烯/苯乙烯嵌段共聚物中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述分散剂为硬脂酸单甘油脂、三硬脂酸甘油酯、乙撑双硬脂酰胺、低分子量离聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述发泡剂为AC发泡剂。
优选的,所述金属纤维为不锈钢纤维,所述植物纤维为木纤维,所述不锈钢纤维与木纤维的直径均为10~30um,长度均为1~5mm。
本发明得到的一种高强度塑料,其技术效果是:加入发泡剂与增强剂, ABS 塑料的缺口冲击强度、弯曲强度至少提高了50%,使其具有良好的强度。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
本发明提供的一种高强度塑料,包括以下重量份组分:ABS 50份,硅烷偶联剂 5份,增韧剂 10份,分散剂 1份,发泡剂 2份,增强剂9份,所述增强剂包括重量比为1:2的金属纤维与植物纤维。
本实施例中,硅烷偶联剂为γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,增韧剂为甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物,分散剂为硬脂酸单甘油脂,发泡剂为AC发泡剂。
金属纤维为不锈钢纤维,植物纤维为木纤维,不锈钢纤维与木纤维的直径均为10~30um,长度均为1~5mm。
将上述重量份ABS、硅烷偶联剂、增韧剂、分散剂、发泡剂以及增强剂一起在高混机或密炼机内搅拌混合,混合均匀后加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度 :一区温度180℃,二区温度185℃,三区温度190℃,四区温度195℃,五区温度210℃,六区温度215℃,七区温度230℃,八区温度240℃,九区温度245℃,挤出后冷却牵条、风干切粒制得本发明的高强度ABS塑料。

1.一种高强度塑料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:ABS 50份,硅烷偶联剂 5份,增韧剂 10份,分散剂 1份,发泡剂 2份,增强剂9份,所述增强剂包括重量比为1:2的金属纤维与植物纤维。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的高强度塑料,其特征在于:所述硅烷偶联剂为γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高强度塑料,其特征在于:所述增韧剂为甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、氢化苯乙烯/丁二烯/苯乙烯嵌段共聚物中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高强度塑料,其特征在于:所述分散剂为硬脂酸单甘油脂、三硬脂酸甘油酯、乙撑双硬脂酰胺、低分子量离聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高强度塑料,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为AC发泡剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高强度塑料,其特征在于:所述金属纤维为不锈钢纤维,所述植物纤维为木纤维,所述不锈钢纤维与木纤维的直径均为10~30um,长度均为1~5mm。
