本发明公开了一种高强度PVC、TPU共混改性配方,每100份PVC树脂配备:52~55份TPU树脂、3.6~3.9份三碱式硫酸铅、2~3份二碱式亚磷酸铅、1.6~1.9份CaSt、0.9~1.1份BaSt、0.3~0.6份HSt、0.5~0.8份石蜡共混而成。本发明显著提高强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种PVC管材配方。
背景技术
PVC管材具有较高的硬度、耐腐蚀性,但强度还需进一步改善。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高强度的高强度PVC、TPU共混改性配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
高强度PVC、TPU共混改性配方,其改进之处在于:每100份PVC树脂配备:52~55份TPU树脂、3.6~3.9份三碱式硫酸铅、2~3份二碱式亚磷酸铅、1.6~1.9份CaSt、0.9~1.1份BaSt、0.3~0.6份HSt、0.5~0.8份石蜡共混而成。
进一步改进在于:每100份PVC树脂配备:53~54份TPU树脂、3.7~3.8份三碱式硫酸铅、2~2.5份二碱式亚磷酸铅、1.7~1.8份CaSt、1.0~1.05份BaSt、0.4~0.5份HSt、0.6~0.7份石蜡共混而成。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、加入TPU树脂,可显著提高强度。
2、每100份PVC树脂配备:53~54份TPU树脂、3.7~3.8份三碱式硫酸铅、2~2.5份二碱式亚磷酸铅、1.7~1.8份CaSt、1.0~1.05份BaSt、0.4~0.5份HSt、0.6~0.7份石蜡共混而成,可进一步提高强度。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
高强度PVC、TPU共混改性配方,每100份PVC树脂配备:52份TPU树脂、3.6份三碱式硫酸铅、2份二碱式亚磷酸铅、1.6份CaSt、0.9份BaSt、0.3份HSt、0.5份石蜡共混而成。
实施例2:
高强度PVC、TPU共混改性配方,每100份PVC树脂配备:55份TPU树脂、3.9份三碱式硫酸铅、3份二碱式亚磷酸铅、1.9份CaSt、1.1份BaSt、0.6份HSt、0.8份石蜡共混而成。
实施例3:
高强度PVC、TPU共混改性配方,每100份PVC树脂配备:53份TPU树脂、3.7份三碱式硫酸铅、2份二碱式亚磷酸铅、1.7份CaSt、1.0份BaSt、0.4份HSt、0.6份石蜡共混而成。
实施例4:
高强度PVC、TPU共混改性配方,每100份PVC树脂配备:54份TPU树脂、3.8份三碱式硫酸铅、2.5份二碱式亚磷酸铅、1.8份CaSt、1.05份BaSt、0.5份HSt、0.7份石蜡共混而成。

1.一种高强度PVC、TPU共混改性配方,其特征在于:每100份PVC树脂配备:52~55份TPU树脂、3.6~3.9份三碱式硫酸铅、2~3份二碱式亚磷酸铅、1.6~1.9份CaSt、0.9~1.1份BaSt、0.3~0.6份HSt、0.5~0.8份石蜡共混而成。
