本发明公开了一种抗紫外线PVC地板,由PVC树脂、增塑剂、环氧油、稳定剂、填充剂、紫外线吸收剂组成,其配方为:每100份树脂中添加剂的重量份数:增塑剂60份、环氧油5份、稳定剂2份、填充剂30份、紫外线吸收剂1份;进一步改进在于:增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯。本发明加入紫外线吸收剂,显著提高抗紫外线性能;塑性好。

本发明涉及一种高分子材料,特别是一种PVC地板。
背景技术
现代社会PVC地板使用越来越多,使用过程中发现,PVC地板的抗紫外线性能差,容易老化。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高抗紫外线性能的抗紫外线PVC地板。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
抗紫外线PVC地板,其改进之处在于:由PVC树脂、增塑剂、环氧油、稳定剂、填充剂、紫外线吸收剂组成,其配方为:每100份树脂中添加剂的重量份数:增塑剂60份、环氧油5份、稳定剂2份、填充剂30份、紫外线吸收剂1份。
进一步改进在于:所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、加入紫外线吸收剂,显著提高抗紫外线性能。
2、增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯,显著提高本发明塑性。

实施例:
抗紫外线PVC地板,由PVC树脂、增塑剂、环氧油、稳定剂、填充剂、紫外线吸收剂组成,其配方为:每100份树脂中添加剂的重量份数:增塑剂60份、环氧油5份、稳定剂2份、填充剂30份、紫外线吸收剂1份。
本实施例中,增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯。
