本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高抗氧化性能的抗氧化增强型PVC地板。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
抗氧化增强型PVC地板,包括PVC树脂、增塑剂、环氧油、稳定剂、填充剂,其配方为:每100份树脂中添加剂的重量份数:增塑剂28份、环氧油5份、稳定剂2份、填充剂25份,其改进之处在于:还包括抗氧剂,所述抗氧剂配比为2份。
进一步改进在于:还包括玻纤布,所述玻纤布配比为5份。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、加入抗氧剂,显著提高本发明抗氧化性能。
2、加入玻纤布,显著提高本发明韧性。

抗氧化增强型PVC地板,包括PVC树脂、增塑剂、环氧油、稳定剂、填充剂、抗氧剂、玻纤布,其配方为:每100份树脂中添加剂的重量份数:增塑剂28份、环氧油5份、稳定剂2份、填充剂25份、抗氧剂2份、玻纤布5份。
