本发明公开了一种增塑型PE、PP共混材料配方,每85份PP树脂、15份LDPE树脂中配备:16~19份丁二烯橡胶、0.4~0.7份PbSt稳定剂、0.6~0.9份CA抗氧剂、1.2~1.4份ZnO促进剂、2~3份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。本发明显著提高塑性。

本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种PE、PP共混材料配方。
背景技术
PE、PP共混材料综合PE、PP两种材料的性能,但塑性较差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高塑性的增塑型PE、PP共混材料配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
增塑型PE、PP共混材料配方,其改进之处在于:每85份PP树脂、15份LDPE树脂中配备:16~19份丁二烯橡胶、0.4~0.7份PbSt稳定剂、0.6~0.9份CA抗氧剂、1.2~1.4份ZnO促进剂、2~3份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
优选地,每85份PP树脂、15份LDPE树脂中配备:17~18份丁二烯橡胶、0.5~0.6份PbSt稳定剂、0.7~0.8份CA抗氧剂、1.3~1.35份ZnO促进剂、2.5~3份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:添加邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,改善PE、PP的相容性,增加塑性。

实施例1:
增塑型PE、PP共混材料配方,每85份PP树脂、15份LDPE树脂中配备:16份丁二烯橡胶、0.4份PbSt稳定剂、0.6份CA抗氧剂、1.2份ZnO促进剂、2份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
实施例2:
增塑型PE、PP共混材料配方,每85份PP树脂、15份LDPE树脂中配备:19份丁二烯橡胶、0.7份PbSt稳定剂、0.9份CA抗氧剂、1.4份ZnO促进剂、3份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。

1.一种增塑型PE、PP共混材料配方,其特征在于:每85份PP树脂、15份LDPE树脂中配备:16~19份丁二烯橡胶、0.4~0.7份PbSt稳定剂、0.6~0.9份CA抗氧剂、1.2~1.4份ZnO促进剂、2~3份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增塑型PE、PP共混材料配方,其特征在于:每85份PP树脂、15份LDPE树脂中配备:17~18份丁二烯橡胶、0.5~0.6份PbSt稳定剂、0.7~0.8份CA抗氧剂、1.3~1.35份ZnO促进剂、2.5~3份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
