技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种PE、PP共混材料配方。
背景技术
PE、PP共混材料综合PE、PP两种材料的性能,但结构强度有待改善。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著改善结构强度的加强型PE、PP共混材料配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
加强型PE、PP共混材料配方,其改进之处在于:每78份PP树脂、22份LDPE树脂中配备:15~18份丁二烯橡胶、0.5~0.8份BaSt稳定剂、0.4~0.8份DLTP抗氧剂、1.2~1.4份ZnO促进剂、1~2份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、1~1.5份氯化联苯。
优选地,所述氯化联苯为含氯18%的单氯代联苯。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:添加邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、氯化联苯,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、氯化联苯协调使用,显著提高机械性能。

加强型PE、PP共混材料配方,每78份PP树脂、22份LDPE树脂中配备:18份丁二烯橡胶、0.8份BaSt稳定剂、0.8份DLTP抗氧剂、1.4份ZnO促进剂、2份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、1.5份氯化联苯,本实施例中,氯化联苯为含氯18%的单氯代联苯。

1.一种加强型PE、PP共混材料配方,其特征在于:每78份PP树脂、22份LDPE树脂中配备:15~18份丁二烯橡胶、0.5~0.8份BaSt稳定剂、0.4~0.8份DLTP抗氧剂、1.2~1.4份ZnO促进剂、1~2份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、1~1.5份氯化联苯。
