Abstract
本发明涉及一种双层塑料管材,包括内层和外层,所述内层与所述外层共挤成一体式结构,所述内层由聚丙烯85~90%、3~5%聚乙烯、1~3%POE、2~3%乙丁橡胶、4~6%复合稳定剂组成,所述外层由90~93%聚丙烯、1~3%碳黑、2~3%钛白粉、3~5%光稳定剂组成。采用双层共挤一体系结构,增加了管材的整体厚度和强度,在外层中添加有炭黑、光稳定剂用于防止管材老化,在内层中添加增强聚乙烯用于增强管材的整体性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种双层塑料管材,尤其涉及一种具有多性能的双层塑料管材。
背景技术
随着科技水平的不断发展,塑料管材应用也越来越广,已应用到多个领域,塑料管材以其质量轻、阻燃、耐酸、加工便捷、耐用等性能特点逐渐替代了金属管材,尤其是其耐用性能特点最为重要,在日常生活中用到的塑料管材比较多,不少塑料管材的质量性能都没达到要求,尤其受环境因素的影响对塑料管材的要求更为严格,如抗老化、强度等性能方面更需要严格把关,以防止出现故障,影响人们的日常生活。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种双层塑料管材,所述双层塑料管材具有抗老化、强度高等性能。
为解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是一种双层塑料管材,包括内层和外层,所述内层与所述外层共挤成一体式结构,所述内层由聚丙烯85~90%、3~5%聚乙烯、1~3%POE、2~3%乙丁橡胶、4~6%复合稳定剂组成,所述外层由90~93%聚丙烯、1~3%碳黑、2~3%钛白粉、3~5%光稳定剂组成。
进一步地,所述聚乙烯是增强聚乙烯。
进一步地,所述增强聚乙烯是在中加入增强剂、稳定剂、偶联剂采用经偶联剂处理的玻璃纤维改性而成的。
进一步地,所述复合稳定剂为硬脂酸钙与硬脂酸锌的混合体。
进一步地,所述光稳定剂是二苯甲酮类光稳定剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:采用双层共挤一体系结构,增加了管材的整体厚度和强度,在外层中添加有炭黑、光稳定剂用于防止管材老化,在内层中添加增强聚乙烯用于增强管材的整体性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种双层塑料管材,包括内层和外层,内层由聚丙烯85%、3%增强聚乙烯该增强聚乙烯在中加入增强剂、稳定剂、偶联剂采用经偶联剂处理的玻璃纤维改性而成的,3%POE、3%乙丁橡胶、2%硬脂酸钙与2%硬脂酸锌的混合体组成,外层由90%聚丙烯、3%碳黑、3%钛白粉、4%二苯甲酮类光稳定剂组成,将外层和内层这些原料分别混合,再送入双螺杆挤出机实行共挤成一体式结构,最后正空定型得到成品。
实施例2
一种双层塑料管材,包括内层和外层,内层由聚丙烯90%、3%增强聚乙烯该增强聚乙烯在中加入增强剂、稳定剂、偶联剂采用经偶联剂处理的玻璃纤维改性而成的,1%POE、2%乙丁橡胶、3%硬脂酸钙与1%硬脂酸锌的混合体组成,外层由93%聚丙烯、2%碳黑、2%钛白粉、3%二苯甲酮类光稳定剂组成,将外层和内层这些原料分别混合,再送入双螺杆挤出机实行共挤成一体式结构,最后正空定型得到成品。

1.一种双层塑料管材,其特征在于:包括内层和外层,所述内层与所述外层共挤成一体式结构,所述内层由聚丙烯85~90%、3~5%聚乙烯、1~3%POE、2~3%乙丁橡胶、4~6%复合稳定剂组成,所述外层由90~93%聚丙烯、1~3%碳黑、2~3%钛白粉、3~5%光稳定剂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双层塑料管材,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯是增强聚乙烯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双层塑料管材,其特征在于:所述增强聚乙烯是在中加入增强剂、稳定剂、偶联剂采用经偶联剂处理的玻璃纤维改性而成的。
4.根据权利要求3所述的双层塑料管材,其特征在于:所述复合稳定剂为硬脂酸钙与硬脂酸锌的混合体。
5.根据权利要求4所述的双层塑料管材,其特征在于:所述光稳定剂是二苯甲酮类光稳定剂。
