本发明公开了一种改性Pvc塑料排水管,由内层和外层组成,其特征在于内层由下列组分和重量份经混料、螺杆共挤机挤出:聚氯乙烯树脂90-110,超细碳酸钙45-55,发泡剂1.8-2.2,复合稳定剂4.0-4.6,发泡调节剂14-16,聚氯乙烯蜡0.6-0.8,石蜡0.6-0.8,硬脂酸0.8-1.0,外层由下列组分和重量份经混料、螺杆共挤机挤出:聚氯乙烯树脂75-80,超细碳酸钙20-26,复合稳定剂1.8-2.2,聚氯乙烯1.8-2.2,发泡调节剂0.9-1.1,钛白粉0.7-0.9,聚氯乙烯蜡0.3-0.4,石蜡0.2-03,硬脂酸0.4-0.6,润滑剂0.3-0.5。本发明增强了pvc管的稳定性和塑性,增加管材表面光洁度,提高抗老化能力和耐候性,同时降低生产成本。

改性Pvc塑料排水管及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种管道技术领域,尤其是一种改性pvc塑料排水管及其生产方法。
背景技术
pvc塑料管由于其具有加工性能良好、制造成本低、耐腐蚀等良好特点而被广泛使用,特别在居民楼房、市政工程、农业、园林等行业运用越来越普遍。随着pvc塑料管应用领域的扩展,人们对pvc塑料管的性能要求越来越高,比传统pvc塑料管性能更好的pvc塑料管不断涌现,如中国专利CN101581138公开了一种ASA/pvc共挤超耐侯彩色雨水管道,管道由内层和外层组成;外层采用改性ASA材料,各组分按重量比如下:丙烯晴、苯乙烯、丙烯酸橡胶三元聚合物100,复配颜料0.1-3.5,氯化聚乙烯1-10,硬脂酸0.2-1.5,硬脂酸钙0.4-1.0,纳米碳酸钙1-5,复合润滑剂0.15-0.5,钛白粉3-5,UV吸收剂0.15-0.35,抗氧剂0.15-0.5。内层采下列组方和重量比:聚氯乙烯100,氯化乙烯6-10,硬脂酸钙1-3,钛白粉0.1-0.5,有机锡稳定剂0.5-1,PE蜡0-0.5。其制备方法如下:先将外层原料和内层原料按照各自的配方进行混合,混料工艺是先高速揑合,温度达105-115度,然后冷至40度左右下料,混料后外层ASA混料必须用挤出机进行造粒,然后由主机挤出pvc内层,共挤机挤出ASA外层,最后成型为ASA/pvc共挤彩色雨水管。又如中国专利CN102127272公开的一种双层共挤塑料排水管及其生产方法,其包括内层和抗老化外层,外层为ASA,内层包括以下重量份数的组分:聚氯乙烯树脂90-110,复合稳定剂3.5-4.8,抗冲击改性剂3-8,硬脂酸0.2-0.5,硬脂酸钙0.2-0.6,AC发泡剂0.3-0.6,发泡调节剂ZB530 4-8,碳酸钙5-40,PE蜡0.4-1.0,硬脂酸铅0.3-0.8。上述pvc塑料管尽管在某些性能和成本方面有所改善,但仍不够理想,在抗老化和抗冲击性能方面尚需提高,生产成本有待进一步下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种抗老化和耐冲击能力强,生产成本更低的改性pvc塑料排水管及其生产方法。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案来实现,本发明改性pvc塑料排水管由内层和外层组成,其特征在于内层由下列组分和重量份经混料、螺杆共挤机挤出:
聚氯乙烯树脂        90-110
超细碳酸钙           45-55
发泡剂                1.8-2.2
复合稳定剂          4.0-4.6
发泡调节剂          14-16
聚氯乙烯蜡          0.6-0.8
石蜡                    0.6-0.8
硬脂酸                0.8-1.0
外层由下列组分和重量份经混料、螺杆共挤机挤出:
聚氯乙烯树脂         75-80
超细碳酸钙            20-26
复合稳定剂            1.8-2.2
聚氯乙烯               1.8-2.2
发泡调节剂            0.9-1.1
钛白粉                    0.7-0.9

本发明的生产方法包括内、外层原料与助剂配制,热混,冷混,强制喂料,经螺杆挤出机和模具挤出,喷淋定型,切割,包装,其特征在于热混温度为120-125度,冷混温度为50-55度,外层挤出机筒温度为185-190度,内层的挤出机筒温度控制在180-185度。
本发明外层通过增加超细碳酸钙的用量,配合提高稳定剂用量,一方面增强pvc管的稳定性和塑性,增加管材表面光洁度,提高抗老化能力和耐侯性,同时降低生产成本。本发明在内层料中增加超细碳酸钙和发泡调节剂量,配合聚氯乙烯蜡等,可有效提高管材的抗冲击力和韧性,减轻管材的重量,进一步降底生产成本。本发明提高了热混温度,保证了管材有很好的塑性和管材表面光洁度,保证管材的质量稳定均匀,配合挤出温度提高,使管材融合性更高。从上述情况可知,本发明的目的是可以实现的。本发明产品各项技术指标均达到或超过国家标准,其中管径110mm的拉伸强度MPa>50,断裂伸长率>152,纵向回缩率<3%,落锤冲击实验(20度,2kg,2m高)TIR<5%。

本发明的生产方法包括内、外层原料与助剂配制,热混,冷混,强制喂料,经螺杆挤出机和模具挤出,喷淋定型,切割,包装,其特征在于热混温度为120度,冷却至50度混合后下料,置于喂料机中供料至主、共挤出机,外层挤出机筒温度为185度,内层的挤出机筒温度控制在180度,经挤出模具和定径套挤出。

本发明的生产方法包括内、外层原料与助剂配制,热混,冷混,强制喂料,经螺杆挤出机和模具挤出,喷淋定型,切割,包装,其特征在于热混温度为123度,冷却至52度混合均匀后下料,置于喂料机中供料至主、共挤出机,外层挤出机筒温度为187度,内层的挤出机筒温度控制在182度,经挤出模具和定径套挤出。
实施例3,本发明管径110mm的pvc塑料排水管由内层和外层组成,其特征在于内层由下列组分和重量份经混料、螺杆共挤机挤出:

本发明的生产方法包括内、外层原料与助剂配制,热混,冷混,强制喂料,经螺杆挤出机和模具挤出,喷淋定型,切割,包装,其特征在于热混温度为125度,冷却至55度混合均匀后下料,置于喂料机中供料至主、共挤出机,外层挤出机筒(共挤出机)温度为190度,内层的挤出机筒(主挤出机)温度控制在185度,经挤出模具和定径套挤出。
