技术领域:
本发明提供了一种复合排水管的制造方法。
背景技术:
目前国内生产硬质PVC排水管一般采用两次塑化糟料的粒料注射工艺,但其生产能力因受造粒工序能力的制约,生产效率不高。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种隔声、隔热、抗冲击性能好,而且生产立足国内材料、生产效率高的新型复合排水管材的制备方法。
本发明新型装饰板材可按一下方法制备:
1、将聚氯乙烯、复合型热稳定剂、纳米原料按比例配混。
2、将配混料加入塑料成型挤出机高速热混、冷却挤出,通过共挤出机头真空冷却定径,然后二次喷淋冷却、牵引、定长切割、在线热熔扩口制成产品。
由于本发明采取了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,产品具有隔声、隔热、抗冲击性能好等先进性能。

Claims (1)

1.一种隔声、隔热、抗冲击性能好的新型复合排水管材的制备方法。其特征是在于以普通聚氯乙烯、复合型热稳定剂为原材料,经三层同时共挤、高速挤出成型、自动定尺切割、在线热熔扩口等生产工序制备而成。
