本发明提出了一种薄膜生产专用PVDF/PMMA改性工程塑料,按质量百分比计,包括聚偏氟乙烯PVDF、有机玻璃PMMA、光稳定剂、热稳定剂、主紫外吸收剂、辅助紫外吸收剂、抗氧剂、偶联剂、色粉组成,本发明所提供的一种薄膜生产专用PVDF/PMMA改性工程塑料,具有合金相容性好的特点,在制备薄膜时,降低产品的废品率,同时提高了生产效率,是原来单位生产效率的2‑3倍;在制成薄膜产品时,不需要经过多道工序,一次完成,降低了单位生产能耗;制成的薄膜产品流动性改善,能够达到设计工艺要求;能够满足不同形状厚度的薄膜产品的挤出要求,可以制成多种结构和形状设计的薄膜产品。

一种薄膜生产用PVDF/PMMA改性工程塑料
技术领域
本发明涉及改性工程技术领域,具体为一种薄膜生产专用PVDF/PMMA改性工程塑料。
背景技术
聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)是一种性能优异的含氟材料,具有突出的耐高低温、耐化学腐蚀、耐候性以及优异的电绝缘性,采用聚偏氟乙烯制成的薄膜,具高机械强度、高耐候性、低热收缩率及高水、汽阻隔性等优点。目前,国内对汽车用尼龙玻璃纤维原材料的需求,主要依靠进口,且注塑饱满度差、注塑的废品率高以及注塑时流动性差的特点。
发明内容
针对背景技术中指出的问题,本发明提出一种薄膜生产专用PVDF/PMMA改性工程塑料,具有容性好、一次成型效果好的特点。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种薄膜生产专用PVDF/PMMA改性工程塑料,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:
聚偏氟乙烯PVDF:5-55%;
有机玻璃PMMA:45-95%;
光稳定剂:0.02-1%;
热稳定剂:0.02-1%;
主紫外吸收剂:0.02-2%;
辅助紫外吸收剂:0.02-2%;
抗氧剂:0.02-1%;
偶联剂:0.01-1%;
色粉:0.02-3%。
作为优选的,上述组分经过高速剪切机搅拌混合至170℃-270℃,随后由挤出机挤出并切粒制备颗粒状的塑料粒子。
作为优选的,所述塑料粒子为长度0.3-3cm,所述塑料粒子直径为1-5mm。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明所提供的一种薄膜生产专用PVDF/PMMA改性工程塑料,具有合金相容性好的特点,在制备薄膜时,降低产品的废品率,同时提高了生产效率,是原来单位生产效率的2-3倍;
(2)本发明所提供的一种薄膜生产专用PVDF/PMMA改性工程塑料,在制成薄膜产品时,不需要经过多道工序,一次完成,降低了单位生产能耗;
(3)本发明所提供的一种薄膜生产专用PVDF/PMMA改性工程塑料,制成的薄膜产品流动性改善,能够达到设计工艺要求;
(4)本发明所提供的一种薄膜生产专用PVDF/PMMA改性工程塑料,能够满足不同形状厚度的薄膜产品的挤出要求,可以制成多种结构和形状设计的薄膜产品。

具体实施例一:
一种薄膜生产专用PVDF/PMMA改性工程塑料,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:聚偏氟乙烯PVDF 70%、有机玻璃PMMA 22%、光稳定剂0.5%、热稳定剂1%、主紫外吸收剂2%、辅助紫外吸收剂1%、抗氧剂1%、偶联剂0.5%、色粉2%。
上述组分经过高速剪切机搅拌混合至170℃-270℃,随后由挤出机挤出并切粒制备颗粒状的塑料粒子,所述塑料粒子为长度0.3-3cm,所述塑料粒子直径为1-5mm。
具体实施例二:
一种薄膜生产专用PVDF/PMMA改性工程塑料,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:聚偏氟乙烯PVDF 30%、有机玻璃PMMA 60%、光稳定剂1%、热稳定剂:1%、主紫外吸收剂2%、辅助紫外吸收剂2%、抗氧剂0.5%、偶联剂0.5%、色粉:3%。
具体实施例三:
一种薄膜生产专用PVDF/PMMA改性工程塑料,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:聚偏氟乙烯PVDF 21%、有机玻璃PMMA 72%、光稳定剂0.5%、热稳定剂1%、主紫外吸收剂1.5、辅助紫外吸收剂1.5%、抗氧剂1%、偶联剂0.5%、色粉1%。
采用上述技术方案,本发明所提供的一种薄膜生产专用PVDF/PMMA改性工程塑料,具有合金相容性好的特点,在制备薄膜时,降低产品的废品率,同时提高了生产效率,是原来单位生产效率的2-3倍;在制成薄膜产品时,不需要经过多道工序,一次完成,降低了单位生产能耗;制成的薄膜产品流动性改善,能够达到设计工艺要求;能够满足不同形状厚度的薄膜产品的挤出要求,可以制成多种结构和形状设计的薄膜产品。

聚偏氟乙烯PVDF:5-55%;
有机玻璃PMMA:45-95%;
光稳定剂:0.02-1%;
热稳定剂:0.02-1%;
主紫外吸收剂:0.02-2%;
辅助紫外吸收剂:0.02-2%;
抗氧剂:0.02-1%;
偶联剂:0.01-1%;
色粉:0.02-3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄膜生产用PVDF/PMMA改性工程塑料,其特征在于:上述组分经过高速剪切机搅拌混合至170℃-270℃,随后由挤出机挤出并切粒制备颗粒状的塑料粒子。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种薄膜生产用PVDF/PMMA改性工程塑料,其特征在于:所述塑料粒子为长度0.3-3cm,所述塑料粒子直径为1-5mm。
