Abstract

本发明公开的一种PVC波纹瓦制备工艺,其步骤是:1)将PVC树脂粉25份,硬脂酸1.2份,硬脂酸铅1.3份,氯化聚乙烯1.4份,ACR401加工助剂1.5份,SMS318稳定剂1份,颜料0.45份,石蜡1.2份,碳酸钙12份共同混合加热至120℃,然后降温至40℃的挤出混合料;2)将步骤1)的挤出混合料放入挤出机,调整挤出机料筒温度170~180℃,挤出模具温度为175~185℃,定型模具温度为40~60℃,挤出模具与定型模具之间的距离为0.5m~0.8m,挤出混合料经过挤出和定型后为PVC波纹瓦。本发明采用PVC树脂加其它辅料挤出而成,可以根据所需要的长度进行裁切。本发明的PVC波纹瓦耐老化性能好,隔热效果优良,颜色丰富。

一种PVC波纹瓦制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及节能建筑材料技术领域,特别涉及一种PVC波纹瓦制备工艺。 
背景技术
氯氧镁水泥瓦在我国70年代开始生产,其优点是造价低廉,且不使用石棉,不含有害物质,产品在干燥环境下使用结实耐用,由于其使用的原材料有氯化镁,所以产品在遇潮湿的环境中易吸潮,在长期淋雨中产品产生反卤现象,易渗漏,且遇潮阴雨,老化较快,使用寿命一般为3-6年,且该氯氧镁水泥瓦颜色单一。 
金属波纹瓦是采用镀锌钢板压制而成,具有质量轻,成型快的优点,但是其隔热性差,不适合现代建筑节能的要求。 
另外还有就是玻纤瓦,其容易老化,而且生产效率低。 
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能够连续生产,且隔热效果好,颜色丰富的PVC波纹瓦制备工艺。 
本发明所要解决的技术问题可以通过以下技术方案来实现: 
一种PVC波纹瓦制备工艺,该PVC波纹瓦其宽度方向成波纹瓦楞状,厚度为6~12mm,波峰与波谷之间的距离30~50mm,其采用的原料包括:PVC树脂粉25份,硬脂酸1.2份,硬脂酸铅1.3份,氯化聚乙烯1.4份,ACR401加工助剂1.5份,SMS318稳定剂1份,颜料0.45份,石蜡1.2份,碳酸钙12份; 
其制备方法的步骤如下: 
1)、将PVC树脂粉25份,硬脂酸1.2份,硬脂酸铅1.3份,氯化聚乙烯1.4份,ACR401加工助剂1.5份,SMS318稳定剂1份,颜料0.45份,石蜡1.2份,碳酸钙12份共同混合加热至120℃,然后降温至40℃的挤出混合料; 
2)将步骤1)的挤出混合料放入挤出机,调整挤出机料筒温度170~180℃,挤出模具温度为175~185℃,定型模具温度为40~60℃,挤出模具与定型模具之间的距离为0.5m~0.8m,挤出混合料经过挤出和定型后为PVC波纹瓦。 
由于采用了如上的技术方案,本发明采用PVC树脂加其它辅料挤出而成,可以根据所需要的长度进行裁切。本发明的PVC波纹瓦耐老化性能好,隔热效果优良,颜色丰富。

具体实施方式
参见图1,图中给出的PVC波纹瓦10,其宽度方向成波纹瓦楞状,厚度为6~12mm,波峰与波谷之间的距离30~50mm。 
该PVC波纹瓦10的制备工艺的步骤如下: 
1)、将PVC树脂粉25kg,硬脂酸1.2kg,硬脂酸铅1.3kg,氯化聚乙烯1.4kg,ACR401加工助剂1.5kg,SMS318稳定剂1kg,颜料0.45kg,石蜡1.2kg,碳酸钙12kg共同混合加热至120℃,然后降温至40℃的挤出混合料; 
2)将步骤1)的挤出混合料放入挤出机,调整挤出机料筒温度170~180℃,挤出模具温度为175~185℃,定型模具温度为40~60℃,挤出模具与定型模具之间的距离为0.5m~0.8m,挤出混合料经过挤出和定型后为PVC波纹瓦。 

Claims (1)

1.一种PVC波纹瓦制备工艺,其特征在于,其宽度方向成波纹瓦楞状,厚度为6~12mm,波峰与波谷之间的距离30~50mm,其采用的原料包括:PVC树脂粉25份,硬脂酸1.2份,硬脂酸铅1.3份,氯化聚乙烯1.4份,ACR401加工助剂1.5份,SMS318稳定剂1份,颜料0.45份,石蜡1.2份,碳酸钙12份;
其制备方法的步骤如下:
1)、将PVC树脂粉25份,硬脂酸1.2份,硬脂酸铅1.3份,氯化聚乙烯1.4份,ACR401加工助剂1.5份,SMS318稳定剂1份,颜料0.45份,石蜡1.2份,碳酸钙12份共同混合加热至120℃,然后降温至40℃的挤出混合料;
2)将步骤1)的挤出混合料放入挤出机,调整挤出机料筒温度170~180℃,挤出模具温度为175~185℃,定型模具温度为40~60℃,挤出模具与定型模具之间的距离为0.5m~0.8m,挤出混合料经过挤出和定型后为PVC波纹瓦。
