Abstract
本发明公开了一种户外共挤外墙板,表面采用共挤材料,其成分为:SG‑7型PVC树脂、ASA工程塑料、相溶剂、稳定剂、氯化聚乙烯(CPE);内里材料采用聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料,还公开了一种户外共挤外墙板的制作方法,将不同原材料按照配比进行混合搅拌,采用挤出工艺,使用挤出机高温挤压到模具后,进行水冷却后,产出成品。本发明的优点在于:增加产品耐候性,降低生产过程中产品损耗,从而降低生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑板材领域,尤其涉及一种外墙板领域。
背景技术
目前市面上生产的墙板都是PE挤出墙板,该产品耐候性主要依靠在生产过程中添加一些抗氧化剂来达到不褪色的效果,在户外使用时间较长后很容易出现褪色变形等现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种户外共挤外墙板及其制作方法,增加产品耐候性。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:提供了一种户外共挤外墙板,表面采用共挤材料,其成分为:SG-7型PVC树脂、ASA工程塑料、相溶剂、稳定剂、氯化聚乙烯;各成分的组分数为:SG-7型PVC树脂600-700份、ASA工程塑料200-400份、相溶剂4-8份、稳定剂5-15份、氯化聚乙烯20-28份;内里材料采用聚氯乙烯材料。
作为本发明的优选方式之一,相溶剂的成分是二甲苯,稳定剂的成分及质量百分比为:硬脂酸锌20-25%,硬脂酸钙20-25%,水滑石15-20%,石蜡3-8%,聚乙烯蜡5-10%,碳酸钙25-30%,二苯甲酰甲烷0-1%,双季戊四醇3-8%。
作为本发明的优选方式之一,表面共挤材料中各成分的组分数为:SG-7型PVC树脂600份、ASA工程塑料300份、相溶剂8份、稳定剂15份、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)28份。
作为本发明的优选方式之一,表面共挤材料中各成分的组分数为:SG-7型PVC树脂650份、ASA工程塑料400份、相溶剂4份、稳定剂5份、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)20份。
作为本发明的优选方式之一,表面共挤材料中各成分的组分数为:SG-7型PVC树脂700份、ASA工程塑料200份、相溶剂6份、稳定剂10份、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)24份。
作为本发明的优选方式之一,制作步骤为:将表面材料按照配比置于混料机中搅拌30-50min,并加热至80-90℃,内里材料聚氯乙烯同样加热至80-90℃,然后将表面材料以及内里材料聚氯乙烯使用挤出机挤压到模具后,挤出产品并冷却。
作为本发明的优选方式之一,挤出机螺桶工艺温度为110-130℃,口模温度为180-200℃,主机转速为15-25rpm,喂料转速为300-500rpm。
作为本发明的优选方式之一,具体步骤为:将表面材料按照配比置于混料机中搅拌30-50min,并加热至80-90℃,内里材料聚氯乙烯同样加热至80-90℃,然后将表面材料以及内里材料聚氯乙烯使用挤出机挤压到模具后,挤出产品并冷却。
作为本发明的优选方式之一,挤出机螺桶工艺温度为110-130℃,口模温度为180-200℃,主机转速为15-25rpm,喂料转速为300-500rpm。
作为本发明的优选方式之一,挤出机螺桶工艺温度为120℃,口模温度为190℃,主机转速为20rpm,喂料转速为400rpm,使用挤出机高温挤压到模具后,挤出产品并进行冷却。
本发明相比现有技术的优点在于:使用共挤模具,采用表面共挤工艺。表面采用ASA共挤材料,内里材料采用PVC材料,共同挤出以达到增强耐候性的效果。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施例作详细说明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
实施例1
(1)表面材料:SG-7型PVC树脂600份、ASA工程塑料300份、相溶剂8份、稳定剂15份、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)28份。相溶剂选择二甲苯,稳定剂的成分及质量百分比为:硬脂酸锌24%,硬脂酸钙20%,水滑石15%,石蜡5%,聚乙烯蜡5%,碳酸钙25%,二苯甲酰甲烷1%,双季戊四醇5%。内里材料采用聚氯乙烯材料。
(2)将表面材料按照上述配比置于混料机中搅拌30min,并加热至80℃,将内里材料聚氯乙烯也加热至80℃。
(3)将上述混合后的表面材料和内里材料通过各自的进料口放入挤出机中,挤出机螺桶工艺温度为110℃,口模温度为180℃,主机转速为15rpm,喂料转速为300rpm,使用挤出机高温挤压到模具后,挤出产品并进行冷却。
实施例2
(1)SG-7型PVC树脂650份、ASA工程塑料400份、相溶剂4份、稳定剂5份、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)20份。相溶剂选择二甲苯,稳定剂的成分及质量百分比为:硬脂酸锌20%,硬脂酸钙22%,水滑石16%,石蜡3%,聚乙烯蜡8%,碳酸钙28%,双季戊四醇3%。内里材料采用聚氯乙烯材料。
(2)将表面材料按照上述配比置于混料机中搅拌40min,并加热至85℃,将内里材料聚氯乙烯也加热至85℃。
(3)将上述混合后的表面材料和内里材料通过各自的进料口放入挤出机中,挤出机螺桶工艺温度为120℃,口模温度为190℃,主机转速为20rpm,喂料转速为400rpm,使用挤出机高温挤压到模具后,挤出产品并进行冷却。
实施例3
(1)SG-7型PVC树脂700份、ASA工程塑料200份、相溶剂6份、稳定剂10份、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)24份。相溶剂选择二甲苯,稳定剂的成分及质量百分比为:硬脂酸锌25%,硬脂酸钙20%,水滑石15%,石蜡3%,聚乙烯蜡8%,碳酸钙25%,二苯甲酰甲烷1%,双季戊四醇3%。内里材料采用聚氯乙烯材料。
(2)将表面材料按照上述配比置于混料机中搅拌50min,并加热至90℃,将内里材料聚氯乙烯也加热至90℃。
(3)将上述混合后的表面材料和内里材料通过各自的进料口放入挤出机中,挤出机螺桶工艺温度为130℃,口模温度为200℃,主机转速为25rpm,喂料转速为500rpm,使用挤出机高温挤压到模具后,挤出产品并进行冷却。

Claims (10)
1.一种户外共挤外墙板,其特征在于,由表面材料以及内里材料共同挤出形成,表面材料成分为:SG-7型PVC树脂、ASA工程塑料、相溶剂、稳定剂、氯化聚乙烯;各成分的组分数为:SG-7型PVC树脂600-700份、ASA工程塑料200-400份、相溶剂4-8份、稳定剂5-15份、氯化聚乙烯20-28份;内里材料采用聚氯乙烯材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种户外共挤外墙板,其特征在于,相溶剂的成分是二甲苯,稳定剂的成分及质量百分比为:硬脂酸锌20-25%,硬脂酸钙20-25%,水滑石15-20%,石蜡3-8%,聚乙烯蜡5-10%,碳酸钙25-30%,二苯甲酰甲烷0-1%,双季戊四醇3-8%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种户外共挤外墙板,其特征在于,表面共挤材料中各成分的组分数为:SG-7型PVC树脂600份、ASA工程塑料300份、相溶剂8份、稳定剂15份、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)28份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种户外共挤外墙板,其特征在于,表面共挤材料中各成分的组分数为:SG-7型PVC树脂650份、ASA工程塑料400份、相溶剂4份、稳定剂5份、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)20份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种户外共挤外墙板,其特征在于,表面共挤材料中各成分的组分数为:SG-7型PVC树脂700份、ASA工程塑料200份、相溶剂6份、稳定剂10份、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)24份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种户外共挤外墙板,其特征在于,制作步骤为:将表面材料按照配比置于混料机中搅拌30-50min,并加热至80-90℃,内里材料聚氯乙烯同样加热至80-90℃,然后将表面材料以及内里材料聚氯乙烯使用挤出机挤压到模具后,挤出产品并冷却。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种户外共挤外墙板,其特征在于,挤出机螺桶工艺温度为110-130℃,口模温度为180-200℃,主机转速为15-25rpm,喂料转速为300-500rpm。
8.如权利要求1至5任一项所述的一种户外共挤外墙板的制作方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为:将表面材料按照配比置于混料机中搅拌30-50min,并加热至80-90℃,内里材料聚氯乙烯同样加热至80-90℃,然后将表面材料以及内里材料聚氯乙烯使用挤出机挤压到模具后,挤出产品并冷却。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种户外共挤外墙板的制作方法,其特征在于:挤出机螺桶工艺温度为110-130℃,口模温度为180-200℃,主机转速为15-25rpm,喂料转速为300-500rpm。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种户外共挤外墙板的制作方法,其特征在于:挤出机螺桶工艺温度为120℃,口模温度为190℃,主机转速为20rpm,喂料转速为400rpm,使用挤出机高温挤压到模具后,挤出产品并进行冷却。
