本发明属于PVC材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种PVC和ASA共挤型材及其制备方法。所述的PVC和ASA共挤型材,包括芯层和皮层,由以下质量份数的原料制成:芯层原料:PVC树脂75份;填充料20~60份;热稳定剂3~5份;光稳定剂1~3份;紫外线吸收剂0.2~0.5份;抗氧剂0.5~1份;抗紫改性剂2~5份;润滑剂0.3~1份;加工助剂0.5~2份;颜料0~3份;皮层原料:ASA树脂粒料10~20份。本发明制备的共挤型材具有高耐候性和力学性能并且不退色,电绝缘性好;同时本发明还提供其制备方法,能够得到皮层和芯层结构,并且共挤层的厚度能够更薄,使得制品更加的美观。

技术领域
本发明属于PVC材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种PVC和ASA共挤型材及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯,简称PVC,是由氯乙烯在引发剂作用下聚合而成的热塑性树脂,聚氯乙烯已被广泛用于各行各业各式各样的产品。聚氯乙烯作为新兴的化学建筑材料,因其具有节能、隔热、保温、环保、安装简便等特点,已成为我国建筑业中必不可少的新型建材。而PVC共挤型材作为PVC塑料型材的一种,由于色彩丰富或耐候性优良,市场需求日益增多。
ASA树脂也称AAS树脂,是由丙烯腈(A)、苯乙烯(S)和丙烯酸酯(A)组成的三元接枝共聚物,与PVC树脂相比,由于引入不含双键的丙烯酸酯橡胶取代了丁二烯橡胶,因而耐候性有了本质的改善,比PVC高出许多,其他力学性能、加工性能、电绝缘性,耐化学性能也优于PVC树脂。此外,ASA着色性良好,由于树脂本身耐候性优异,可以染成各种鲜艳颜色而不易褪色。用ASA树脂加工的制品,不用喷漆涂装、电镀等表面防护,可直接在户外使用,在日光下暴晒9~15个月,冲击强度和伸长率几乎没有下降,颜色也几乎没有变化。
对于PVC/PVC共挤型材,由于PVC本身流动性能差,导致PVC/PVC共挤型材加工性能差,耐候性和力学性能不足。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种PVC和ASA共挤型材,具有高耐候性和力学性能并且不退色,电绝缘性好;同时还提供其制备方法,能够得到皮层和芯层结构,并且共挤层的厚度能够更薄,使得制品更加的美观。
所述的PVC和ASA共挤型材,包括芯层和皮层,由以下质量份数的原料制成:

ASA树脂 10~20份。
所述的PVC树脂为聚氯乙烯树脂SG-5,聚合度为900-1100。
所述的ASA树脂优选芜湖创科新材料科技有限公司生产的增韧型ASA树脂共挤粒料,型号BKBT1261Y。
所述的填充料为轻质碳酸钙,粒度为800-1300目;所述的热稳定剂为以硬脂酸钙和硬脂酸锌为主体合成的一类钙锌复合热稳定剂。
所述的光稳定剂为金红石型钛白粉;所述的抗氧剂为高效酚类抗氧剂,优选抗氧剂XL-1076。
所述的抗紫改性剂为紫外线复合吸收剂,由二苯甲酮类与苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂按1:3的质量比复配。
所述的加工助剂为丙烯腈与苯乙烯的共聚物或甲基丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酸酯共聚物中的一种或两种。
所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸、氧化聚乙烯蜡、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸钙或石蜡中的一种或一种以上;所述的颜料为OB类增白剂或耐候级群青中的一种或两种。
本发明所述的PVC和ASA共挤型材的制备方法为:将配方量的芯层原料和皮层原料分别在主机双螺杆和辅机单螺杆内进行加热塑化,经模具合流挤出成型,再经定型水槽冷却定型、覆膜、切割,即得PVC和ASA共挤型材。
所述的PVC和ASA共挤型材的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将配方量的芯层原料通过全自动配料系统进行自动计量后全部加入高速混合机中,加热至110-125℃,然后将物料放入冷混机中冷却,当物料冷却至40℃以下时放入贮料仓中待用,得到芯层混合料;
(2)将皮层原料ASA树脂倒入烘干箱内,将ASA树脂粒料在60-90℃下进行烘干,烘干时间≥2h,烘干后的ASA树脂粒料倒入辅机料斗中;
(3)挤出成型:将芯层混合料经真空上料机吸入到主机的锥型双螺杆挤出机料斗中,经挤出机熔融塑化进入新型模具与ASA皮料同时挤出成型;
(4)定型:成型后进入10-25℃定型水槽冷却定型,覆膜后经牵引机牵引定型,然后再经预热装置预热、自动计量切割后即得到PVC和ASA共挤型材。
其中所述的工艺参数设置如下:
主机锥型双螺杆挤出机:转速为10-14rpm/min,电流为30-40A,螺筒温度为150-180℃,合流芯温度为165-175℃,机头温度为175-185℃;
辅机单螺杆挤出机:转速为8-11rpm/min,螺筒温度为180-210℃。
本发明制备得到的PVC和ASA共挤型材可应用于护栏的上下扶手,具有坚固耐用、防污染、抗腐蚀以及耐磨美观等优点。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明采用PVC与ASA共挤,得到的共挤型材具有高耐候性和力学性能并且不退色,电绝缘性好。
2、本发明提供的制备方法能够得到皮层和芯层结构,并且共挤层的厚度能够更薄,使得制品更加的美观。

实施例中用到的所有原料除特殊说明外,均为市购。
实施例1
所述的PVC和ASA共挤型材,包括芯层和皮层,由以下质量份数的原料制成:

所述的PVC树脂为聚氯乙烯树脂SG-5,聚合度为1000。所述的ASA树脂为芜湖创科新材料科技有限公司生产的增韧型ASA树脂共挤粒料,型号BKBT1261Y。
所述的填充料为轻质碳酸钙,粒度为900目;所述的热稳定剂为为以硬脂酸钙和硬脂酸锌为主体合成的一类钙锌复合热稳定剂。
所述的光稳定剂为金红石型钛白粉;所述的抗氧剂为高效酚类抗氧剂。
所述的抗紫改性剂为紫外线复合吸收剂,由二苯甲酮类与苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂按1:3的质量比复配。

(3)挤出成型:将芯层混合料经真空上料机吸入到主机的锥型双螺杆挤出机料斗中,经挤出机熔融塑化进入新型模具与ASA皮料同时挤出成型;
(4)定型:成型后进入10-25℃定型水槽冷却定型,覆膜后经牵引机牵引定型,然后再经预热装置预热、自动计量切割后即得到PVC和ASA共挤型材。
步骤(3)中所述的锥型双螺杆挤出机的工艺参数设置如下:
主机锥型双螺杆挤出机:转速:13rpm/min,电流:38-40A,螺筒温度1区160℃、2区165℃、3区170℃、4区170℃,合流芯温度为165℃,机头温度为185℃;
辅机单螺杆挤出机:转速8rpm/min,螺筒温度为1区180℃、2区185℃、3区190℃。

所述的PVC和ASA共挤型材,包括芯层和皮层,由以下质量份数的原料制成:

步骤(3)中所述的锥型双螺杆挤出机的工艺参数设置如下:
主机锥型双螺杆挤出机:转速:13rpm/min,电流:38-40A,螺筒温度1区160℃、2区165℃、3区170℃、4区170℃,合流芯温度为165℃,机头温度为185℃;
辅机单螺杆挤出机:转速8rpm/min,螺筒温度为1区180℃、2区185℃、3区190℃。
实施例3
所述的PVC和ASA共挤型材,包括芯层和皮层,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
芯层原料:

皮层原料:
ASA树脂20份。
所述的PVC树脂为聚氯乙烯树脂SG-5,聚合度为1100。所述的ASA树脂为芜湖创科新材料科技有限公司生产的增韧型ASA树脂共挤粒料,型号BKBT1261Y。
所述的填充料为轻质碳酸钙,粒度为1300目;所述的热稳定剂为为以硬脂酸钙和硬脂酸锌为主体合成的一类钙锌复合热稳定剂。
所述的光稳定剂为金红石型钛白粉;所述的抗氧剂为高效酚类抗氧剂。
所述的抗紫改性剂为紫外线复合吸收剂,由二苯甲酮类与苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂按1:3的质量比复配。
所述的加工助剂为丙烯腈与苯乙烯的共聚物或甲基丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酸酯共聚物中的一种或两种。
所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸、氧化聚乙烯蜡、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸钙或石蜡中的一种或一种以上;所述的颜料为OB类增白剂或耐候级群青中的一种或两种。
如图1所示,所述的PVC和ASA共挤型材的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将配方量的芯层原料全部加入高速混合机中,加热至115℃,然后将物料放入冷混机中冷却,当物料冷却至40℃以下时放入贮料仓中待用,得到芯层混合料;
(2)将皮层原料ASA树脂倒入烘干箱内,将ASA树脂粒料在80℃下进行烘干,烘干3小时,烘干后的ASA树脂粒料倒入辅机料斗中;
(3)挤出成型:将芯层混合料经真空上料机吸入到主机的锥型双螺杆挤出机料斗中,经挤出机熔融塑化进入新型模具与ASA皮料同时挤出成型;
(4)定型:成型后进入10-25℃定型水槽冷却定型,覆膜后经牵引机牵引定型,然后再经预热装置预热、自动计量切割后即得到PVC和ASA共挤型材。
步骤(3)中所述的锥型双螺杆挤出机的工艺参数设置如下:
主机锥型双螺杆挤出机:转速:13rpm/min,电流:38-40A,螺筒温度1区160℃、2区165℃、3区170℃、4区170℃,合流芯温度为165℃,机头温度为185℃;

对比例1
将现有的PVC/PVC共挤型材作为对比例。
性能检测
将实施例1-3和对比例1制备的共挤型材进行性能测试,测试结果见表1。

Claims (10)

1.一种PVC和ASA共挤型材,其特征在于:包括芯层和皮层,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
芯层原料:

ASA树脂 10~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC和ASA共挤型材,其特征在于:所述的PVC树脂为聚氯乙烯树脂SG-5,聚合度为900-1100。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PVC和ASA共挤型材,其特征在于:所述的填充料为轻质碳酸钙,粒度为800-1300目;所述的热稳定剂为以硬脂酸钙和硬脂酸锌为主体合成的一类钙锌复合热稳定剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的PVC和ASA共挤型材,其特征在于:所述的光稳定剂为金红石型钛白粉;所述的抗氧剂为高效酚类抗氧剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的PVC和ASA共挤型材,其特征在于:所述的抗紫改性剂为紫外线复合吸收剂,由二苯甲酮类与苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂按1:3的质量比复配。
6.根据权利要求1所述的PVC和ASA共挤型材,其特征在于:所述的加工助剂为丙烯腈与苯乙烯的共聚物或甲基丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酸酯共聚物中的一种或两种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的PVC和ASA共挤型材,其特征在于:所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸、氧化聚乙烯蜡、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸钙或石蜡中的一种或一种以上;所述的颜料为OB类增白剂或耐候级群青中的一种或两种。
8.一种权利要求1-7任一所述的PVC和ASA共挤型材的制备方法,其特征在于:将配方量的芯层原料和皮层原料分别在主机双螺杆和辅机单螺杆内进行加热塑化,经模具合流挤出成型,再经定型水槽冷却定型、覆膜、切割,即得PVC和ASA共挤型材。
9.根据权利要求8所述的PVC和ASA共挤型材的制备方法,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将配方量的芯层原料全部加入高速混合机中,加热至110-125℃,然后将物料放入冷混机中冷却,当物料冷却至40℃以下时放入贮料仓中待用,得到芯层混合料;
(2)将皮层原料ASA树脂粒料倒入烘干箱内,将ASA树脂粒料在60-90℃下进行烘干,烘干时间≥2h,烘干后的ASA树脂粒料倒入辅机单螺杆挤出机料斗中;
(3)挤出成型:将芯层混合料经真空上料机吸入到主机锥型双螺杆挤出机料斗中,经挤出机熔融塑化进入新型模具与ASA皮料同时挤出成型;
(4)定型:成型后进入10-25℃定型水槽冷却定型,覆膜后经牵引机牵引定型,然后再经预热装置预热、自动计量切割后即得到PVC和ASA共挤型材。
10.根据权利要求9所述的PVC和ASA共挤型材的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的工艺参数设置如下:
主机锥型双螺杆挤出机:转速为10-14rpm/min,电流为30-40A,螺筒温度为150-180℃,合流芯温度为165-175℃,机头温度为175-185℃;
辅机单螺杆挤出机:转速为8-11rpm/min,螺筒温度为180-210℃。
