Abstract

本发明涉及一种高性能复合装饰膜的制备方法。所述方法包括:第一步,将ASA和PVC塑料粉末分别通过造粒设备使粉末形态变为塑料粒子形态。第二步,将ASA和PVC塑料粒子分别加入高速混合机,ASA中加入适量的加工助剂,PVC中加入适量的热稳定剂、加工改性助剂、冲击改性剂。第三步,ASA和PVC按照特定的比例,采用自动双模头共挤成型技术挤出成品膜。该高性能复合装饰膜具有耐侯性好、花纹逼真、阻燃防刮等优点,是铝合金等金属表面最佳的保护和装饰材料。

Description

一种高性能复合装饰膜的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高性能复合装饰膜的制备方法。制备的高性能复合装饰膜广泛应用于铝合金等材料的表面保护装饰。
背景技术
 PVC是用量最多的通用树脂之一,由于PVC分子结构中存在较不稳定的活泼Cl-,容易形成双键结构,使PVC树脂耐候性变差,户外使用时会因为紫外线的直接照射而泛黄,发红等。ASA材料主要成分是ASA树脂,是由丙烯晴、苯乙烯和丙烯酸组成的三元共聚物。铝合金材料质轻、高强、密封性能好,在建筑领域有着广泛的应用。在建筑上主要用于制作铝合金门窗等,但铝合金长时间使用会氧化,降低原有功能,失去光泽,影响美观。所以我们致力于发明一种高性能的复合装饰膜,这种膜应用于铝合金等材料的表面,其可以进行多种花纹的印刷颜色和样式丰富,耐侯性好,对铝合金起保护和装饰作用,防止铝合金的氧化。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种耐侯性能好,对铝合金起保护作用的高性能复合装饰膜的制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种高性能复合装饰膜的制备方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
第一步,将丙烯晴-苯乙烯-丙烯酸塑料(ASA)和PVC塑料粉末分别通过造粒设备使粉末形态变为塑料粒子形态;
第二步,将ASA和PVC塑料粒子分别加入高速混合机, ASA和PVC材料中分别加入适量的热稳定剂、加工改性助剂、冲击改性剂,充分搅拌混合。
第三步,将上述第二步的ASA和PVC按照特定的比例,采用自动双模头共挤成型生产出复合装饰膜。
所述的ASA中加入的加工助剂为乙撑双硬脂酸(EBS)、硬脂酸镁(MgSt)、聚乙烯蜡(AC6A)、乙烯/乙酸乙烯共聚物(AC400A)、乙烯/甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物(AC540A)中的一种或多种。且按质量比算加入的比例为ASA的1%-2%。
所述的PVC中加入的热稳定剂为仲芳胺等氢给予体或叔胺类电子给予体,且按质量比算其比例为PVC的1%-2%。
所述的PVC中加入的加工改性助剂为ACR(甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸酯苯乙烯等单体的共聚物),且按质量比算其比例为PVC的2%-3%。
所述的PVC中加入的冲击改性剂为MBS、MABS、MACR中的一种或多种,且按质量比算其比例为PVC的1.5%-2.5%。
所述的利用双模头挤出机共挤成膜时ASA:PVC的质量比例为1:1-2。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明高性能复合装饰膜是ASA/PVC塑料共挤制备高性能复合装饰膜,它由丙烯晴-苯乙烯-丙烯酸橡胶(ASA)和聚氯乙烯(PVC)采用自动控制双模头共挤技术,以一定的比例,共挤成型而得高性能复合装饰膜。耐侯性好,对铝合金起保护和装饰作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
第一步,将ASA和PVC塑料粉末分别通过造粒设备使粉末形态变为塑料粒子形态。第二步,将ASA和PVC塑料粒子分别加入高速混合机,ASA中加入质量比为ASA 1%的硬脂酸镁,PVC中加入质量比为1%的叔胺类热稳定剂、加入2%加工改性助剂ACR、加入1.5%冲击改性剂MBS。第三步,ASA和PVC按照1:2的质量比例,采用自动双模头共挤成型技术挤出成品膜。
实施例2
第一步,将ASA和PVC塑料粉末分别通过造粒设备使粉末形态变为塑料粒子形态。第二步,将ASA和PVC塑料粒子分别加入高速混合机,ASA中加入质量比为ASA 1.5%的硬脂酸镁,PVC中加入质量比为1.5%的热稳定剂叔胺类、加入2.5%加工改性助剂ACR、加入2%冲击改性剂MBS。第三步,ASA和PVC按照1:1.25的质量比例,采用自动双模头共挤成型技术挤出成品膜。
实施例3
第一步,将ASA和PVC塑料粉末分别通过造粒设备使粉末形态变为塑料粒子形态。第二步,将ASA和PVC塑料粒子分别加入高速混合机,ASA中加入质量比为ASA 2%的硬脂酸镁,PVC中加入质量比为2%的热稳定剂叔胺类、加入3%加工改性助剂ACR、加入2.5%冲击改性剂MBS。第三步,ASA和PVC按照1:1的质量比例,采用自动双模头共挤成型技术挤出成品膜。
检测结果:

从表一中可以看出,ASA/PVC共挤材料具有良好的力学性能,从表二中可以看出共挤复合装饰膜材料具有良好的耐候性。
该技术工艺先进,可以实现规模连续化工业生产,产品是一种高性能复合装饰膜,广泛应用于铝合金门窗等材料上,起到保护和装饰作用,市场前景广阔。

Claims (7)

1.一种高性能复合装饰膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述方法包括:第一步,将ASA和PVC塑料粉末分别通过造粒设备使粉末形态变为塑料粒子形态;第二步,将ASA和PVC塑料粒子分别加入高速混合机,ASA中加入加工助剂,PVC中加入热稳定剂、加工改性助剂、冲击改性剂;第三步,ASA和PVC按照比例,采用自动双模头共挤成型技术挤出成品膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能复合装饰膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述ASA中加入的加工助剂为乙撑双硬脂酸、硬脂酸镁、聚乙烯蜡、乙烯/乙酸乙烯共聚物、乙烯/甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高性能复合装饰膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述加工助剂加入的量按质量比计,为ASA的1%-2%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能复合装饰膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述PVC中加入的热稳定剂为仲芳胺等氢给予体或叔胺类电子给予体,且按质量比算其比例为PVC的1%-2%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能复合装饰膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述PVC中加入的加工改性助剂为ACR,且按质量比算其比例为PVC的2%-3%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能复合装饰膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述PVC中加入的冲击改性剂为MBS、MABS、MACR中的一种或几种,且按质量比算其比例为PVC的1.5%-2%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能复合装饰膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述利用双模头挤出机共挤成膜时ASA:PVC的质量比例为1:1-2。
