Abstract
本发明揭示了一种抗静电高强度复合塑料制品,包括外部的第一复合管层和内部的第二复合管层,所述第一复合管层由聚丙烯塑料、抗静电剂、增韧剂、润滑剂以及填充剂组成,所述抗静电剂为二乙醇胺,所述增韧剂为氯磺化聚乙烯,所述润滑剂为低分子量聚丙烯,所述填充剂为炭黑,所述第二复合管层由聚丙烯塑料、抗冲击改质剂、增粘剂、润湿剂以及补强剂组成,所述抗冲击改质剂为聚丁烯,所述增粘剂为松香树脂,所述润湿剂为马来酸酐,所述补强剂为玻璃粉。本发明采用复合结构设置,具有韧性好、抗静电幸好、印刷性好、粘性好以及强度高的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗静电高强度复合塑料制品。
背景技术
聚丙烯,是由丙烯聚合而制得的一种热塑性树脂。聚丙烯为无毒、无臭、无味的乳白色高结晶的聚合物,是目前所有塑料中最轻的品种之一。它对水特别稳定,成型性好,制品表面光泽好。聚丙烯制品存在以下优点:相对密度小,是塑料中最轻的品种之一;良好的力学性能,除耐冲击性外,其他力学性能均比聚乙烯好,成型加工性能好;具有较高的耐热性,连续使用温度可达110-120℃;化学性能好,几乎不吸水,与绝大多数化学药品不反应;质地纯净,无毒性;电绝缘性好;聚丙烯制品的透明性比高密度聚乙烯制品的透明性好。但是聚丙烯制品同样存在韧性不好、静电度高、染色性差、印刷性欠佳以及粘合性差的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种采用复合结构设置,具有韧性好、抗静电幸好、印刷性好、粘性好以及强度高的特点的抗静电高强度复合塑料制品。
本发明的技术方案是,一种抗静电高强度复合塑料制品,包括外部的第一复合管层和内部的第二复合管层,所述第一复合管层由聚丙烯塑料、抗静电剂、增韧剂、润滑剂以及填充剂组成,所述抗静电剂为二乙醇胺,所述增韧剂为氯磺化聚乙烯,所述润滑剂为低分子量聚丙烯,所述填充剂为炭黑,所述第一复合管层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚丙烯塑料占95-100份,所述二乙醇胺占14-19份,所述氯磺化聚乙烯占18-24份,所述低分子量聚丙烯占7-13份,所述炭黑占38-44份,所述第二复合管层由聚丙烯塑料、抗冲击改质剂、增粘剂、润湿剂以及补强剂组成,所述抗冲击改质剂为聚丁烯,所述增粘剂为松香树脂,所述润湿剂为马来酸酐,所述补强剂为玻璃粉,所述第二复合管层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚丙烯塑料占88-93份,所述聚丁烯占13-17份,所述松香树脂占5-11份,所述马来酸酐占4-10份,所述玻璃粉占31-36份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一复合管层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚丙烯塑料占96份,所述二乙醇胺占15份,所述氯磺化聚乙烯占19份,所述低分子量聚丙烯占8份,所述炭黑占39份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一复合管层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚丙烯塑料占97份,所述二乙醇胺占16份,所述氯磺化聚乙烯占21份,所述低分子量聚丙烯占10份,所述炭黑占41份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一复合管层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚丙烯塑料占99份,所述二乙醇胺占18份,所述氯磺化聚乙烯占23份,所述低分子量聚丙烯占12份,所述炭黑占43份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第二复合管层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚丙烯塑料占89份,所述聚丁烯占14份,所述松香树脂占6份,所述马来酸酐占5份,所述玻璃粉占32份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第二复合管层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚丙烯塑料占90份,所述聚丁烯占15份,所述松香树脂占8份,所述马来酸酐占6份,所述玻璃粉占33份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第二复合管层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚丙烯塑料占92份,所述聚丁烯占16份,所述松香树脂占10份,所述马来酸酐占9份,所述玻璃粉占35份。
本发明所述为一种抗静电高强度复合塑料制品,采用复合结构设置,具有韧性好、抗静电幸好、印刷性好、粘性好以及强度高的特点。

另外,可通过调节产品各成分的不同重量份数,使得得到的产品性能高低不一。

1.一种抗静电高强度复合塑料制品,其特征在于:包括外部的第一复合管层和内部的第二复合管层,所述第一复合管层由聚丙烯塑料、抗静电剂、增韧剂、润滑剂以及填充剂组成,所述抗静电剂为二乙醇胺,所述增韧剂为氯磺化聚乙烯,所述润滑剂为低分子量聚丙烯,所述填充剂为炭黑,所述第一复合管层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚丙烯塑料占95-100份,所述二乙醇胺占14-19份,所述氯磺化聚乙烯占18-24份,所述低分子量聚丙烯占7-13份,所述炭黑占38-44份,所述第二复合管层由聚丙烯塑料、抗冲击改质剂、增粘剂、润湿剂以及补强剂组成,所述抗冲击改质剂为聚丁烯,所述增粘剂为松香树脂,所述润湿剂为马来酸酐,所述补强剂为玻璃粉,所述第二复合管层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚丙烯塑料占88-93份,所述聚丁烯占13-17份,所述松香树脂占5-11份,所述马来酸酐占4-10份,所述玻璃粉占31-36份。
