背景技术
PE、PP共混材料综合PE、PP两种材料的性能,但耐冲击性能较差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高耐冲击性能的耐冲击PE、PP共混材料配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
耐冲击PE、PP共混材料配方,其改进之处在于:每85份PP树脂、15份LDPE树脂中配备:18~21份丁二烯橡胶、0.5~0.8份BaSt稳定剂、0.5~0.8份DLTP抗氧剂、1.2~1.5份ZnO促进剂、0.5~1份纳米级CaCO3
优选地,每85份PP树脂、15份LDPE树脂中配备:19~20份丁二烯橡胶、0.6~0.7份BaSt稳定剂、0.6~0.7份DLTP抗氧剂、1.3~1.4份ZnO促进剂、0.6~0.8份纳米级CaCO3
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:添加纳米级CaCO3,显著提高抗冲击性能。
