本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料,特别是一种废聚乙烯改性工艺。
背景技术
现代社会,废旧塑料越来越多,如何对废旧塑料进行改性,是有效利用废旧塑料的前提。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种废聚乙烯改性工艺。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
废聚乙烯改性工艺,其改进之处在于:
1)按重量组成百分比进行混料:
废聚乙烯 65-70%,废橡胶粉 14-19%,顺丁橡胶6%,活化无机粒子10%;
2)将上述配料加温165℃-170℃混合后,用挤出机挤出造粒。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:采用本发明的改性工艺,实现废旧塑料的改性,为有效利用废旧塑料打下基础。
