Abstract
本发明提供了一种环保型再生塑料颗粒及其制备方法,由以下重量份原料组成:再生塑料18‑36份,淀粉8‑12份,碳酸钙粉3‑5份,石墨烯3‑5份,抗氧剂1‑3份,光亮剂0.5‑1.5份,增塑剂2‑4份。制备方法如下:(1)根据各原料重量分数称取原料;(2)将再生塑料和硫酸钡进行粉碎;(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物进行加热至熔融状态,加入淀粉、抗氧剂、光亮剂、增塑剂;(4)将步骤(3)所得混合熔液投入螺杆式注塑机挤出粒料,即制得再生塑料颗粒。本发明采用再生塑料和淀粉,利用了废料,可减小对周围环境的影响。加工工艺简单方便,对机械设备的要求不高,成本低廉,具有良好的经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保型再生塑料颗粒及其制备方法,属于塑料制品领域。
背景技术
塑料这一项发明给人们的生活带来了诸多便利,但是也在一定程度上给环境造成了污染,废旧塑料的回收与开发原生资源相比,成本较低,所以废旧塑料的回收具有十分广阔的市场和潜力。废旧聚乙烯也与日俱增,若不加以应用,浪费资源,又会对环境造成极大的污染。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题,提供了一种环保型再生塑料颗粒及其制备方法。
它是由以下重量份数的原料组成的:再生塑料18-36份,淀粉8-12份,碳酸钙粉3-5份,石墨烯3-5份,抗氧剂1-3份,光亮剂0.5-1.5份,增塑剂2-4份。
制备方法如下:(1)根据各原料重量分数称取原料;(2)将再生塑料、碳酸钙粉和石墨烯进行粉碎,待用;(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物进行加热至熔融状态,加入淀粉、抗氧剂、光亮剂、增塑剂;(4)将步骤(3)所得混合熔液投入螺杆式注塑机挤出粒料,即制得再生塑料颗粒。
进一步的,所述的所述的废旧塑料为再生EVA、再生PE、再生PVC、再生PP中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述的淀粉为玉米淀粉、土豆淀粉、木薯淀粉中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述的增塑剂是指乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯、磷酸酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯中的至少一种。
本发明采用再生塑料和淀粉,利用了废料,可减小对周围环境的影响。加工工艺简单方便,对机械设备的要求不高,成本低廉,具有良好的经济效益。

实施例1
一种环保型再生塑料颗粒及其制备方法,它是由以下重量份数的原料组成的:再生塑料18份,淀粉8份,碳酸钙粉3份,石墨烯3份,抗氧剂1份,光亮剂0.5份,增塑剂2份。
制备方法如下:(1)根据各原料重量分数称取原料;(2)将再生塑料、碳酸钙粉和石墨烯进行粉碎,待用;(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物进行加热至熔融状态,加入淀粉、抗氧剂、光亮剂、增塑剂;(4)将步骤(3)所得混合熔液投入螺杆式注塑机挤出粒料,即制得再生塑料颗粒。
实施例2
一种环保型再生塑料颗粒及其制备方法,它是由以下重量份数的原料组成的:再生塑料36份,淀粉12份,碳酸钙粉5份,石墨烯5份,抗氧剂3份,光亮剂1.5份,增塑剂4份。
制备方法如下:(1)根据各原料重量分数称取原料;(2)将再生塑料、碳酸钙粉和石墨烯进行粉碎,待用;(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物进行加热至熔融状态,加入淀粉、抗氧剂、光亮剂、增塑剂;(4)将步骤(3)所得混合熔液投入螺杆式注塑机挤出粒料,即制得再生塑料颗粒。
实施例3
一种环保型再生塑料颗粒及其制备方法,它是由以下重量份数的原料组成的:再生塑料27份,淀粉10份,碳酸钙粉4份,石墨烯4份,抗氧剂2份,光亮剂1份,增塑剂3份。
制备方法如下:(1)根据各原料重量分数称取原料;(2)将再生塑料、碳酸钙粉和石墨烯进行粉碎,待用;(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物进行加热至熔融状态,加入淀粉、抗氧剂、光亮剂、增塑剂;(4)将步骤(3)所得混合熔液投入螺杆式注塑机挤出粒料,即制得再生塑料颗粒。

1.一种环保型再生塑料颗粒及其制备方法,其特征在于,它是由以下重量分数的原料组成的:再生塑料18-36份,淀粉8-12份,碳酸钙粉3-5份,石墨烯3-5份,抗氧剂1-3份,光亮剂0.5-1.5份,增塑剂2-4份。
制备方法如下:(1)根据各原料重量分数称取原料;(2)将再生塑料、碳酸钙粉和石墨烯进行粉碎,待用;(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物进行加热至熔融状态,加入淀粉、抗氧剂、光亮剂、增塑剂;(4)将步骤(3)所得混合熔液投入螺杆式注塑机挤出粒料,即制得再生塑料颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的本发明公开了一种环保型再生塑料颗粒及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的所述的废旧塑料为再生EVA、再生PE、再生PVC、再生PP中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的本发明公开了一种环保型再生塑料颗粒及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的淀粉为玉米淀粉、土豆淀粉、木薯淀粉中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的本发明公开了一种环保型再生塑料颗粒及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的增塑剂是指乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯、磷酸酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯中的至少一种。
