本发明公开了一种以PA6为主料的热熔胶及其制备方法,其组成原料的重量份为:PA6 40-50、聚碳酸酯20-30、茂金属线形低密度聚乙烯树脂20-30、双乙酸钠18-22、聚乙烯蜡23-25、硅灰石粉40-50、2,6-二-叔丁基-4-(二甲基氨基甲基)苯酚2.3-2.5、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷1.0-2.0、马来酸二辛酯0.3-0.5、混合粉1.3-1.5;本发明配方合理,以PA6为主料,价格低廉,性能好,在原料中添加了聚乙烯蜡,使制得的热熔胶的软化点温度提高,同时添加了硅灰石粉,增加了热熔胶的粘结强度,流动性好,本发明具有环保、安全、耐候性和成本低廉的优点。

一种以PA6为主料的热熔胶及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料加工领域,具体涉及一种以PA6为主料的热熔胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
热熔胶是以热塑性树脂为主要成分的不含溶剂的固体状粘合剂,由于热熔胶具有粘合速度快、无毒、粘合工艺简单又有较好的粘合强度与柔韧性等优点,它能对各种材料如木材、纸张、纤维、金属、塑料凳进行粘接,使用范围广,特别在纤维业、包装业以及装订行业更有大量使用,但是大部分热熔胶是采用聚酯、聚酰胺等热熔性树脂制备的,由于聚酯热熔胶的强度及弹性较差,不能承受太大的外力,又由于聚酰胺热熔胶的熔点与硬度较高,因此在使用方面受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种以PA6为主料的热熔胶及其制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
以PA6为主料的热熔胶,其组成原料的重量份为:PA6  40-50、聚碳酸酯20-30、茂金属线形低密度聚乙烯树脂20-30、双乙酸钠18-22、聚乙烯蜡23-25、硅灰石粉40-50、2,6- 二-叔丁基-4- (二甲基氨基甲基)苯酚2.3-2.5、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷1.0-2.0、马来酸二辛酯0.3-0.5、混合粉1.3-1.5。所述的混合粉由等重量份的棉纤维粉、丙纶纤维粉、铁粉、木质纤维粉、纸浆粉混合而成。
以PA6为主料的热熔胶,其组成原料的重量份为:PA6  45、聚碳酸酯25、茂金属线形低密度聚乙烯树脂25、双乙酸钠20、聚乙烯蜡24、硅灰石粉45、2,6- 二-叔丁基-4- (二甲基氨基甲基)苯酚2.4、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷1.5、马来酸二辛酯0.4、混合粉1.4。
以PA6为主料的热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为175-180℃,口模温度为200-230℃,螺杆转速为70-80rpm,加料转速为80-90rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到热熔胶。
所述的茂金属线形低密度聚乙烯树脂的熔融指数在2.3-7.5g/10min之间,密度为0.90-0.92g/cm3之间。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明配方合理,以PA6为主料,价格低廉,性能好,在原料中添加了聚乙烯蜡,使制得的热熔胶的软化点温度提高,同时添加了硅灰石粉,增加了热熔胶的粘结强度,流动性好,本发明具有环保、安全、耐候性和成本低廉的优点。本发明采用混合料,增进了热熔胶与不同类载体的粘结能力。
具体实施方式
实施例1:以PA6为主料的热熔胶,其组成原料的重量份(kg)为:PA6  45、聚碳酸酯25、茂金属线形低密度聚乙烯树脂25、双乙酸钠20、聚乙烯蜡24、硅灰石粉45、2,6- 二-叔丁基-4- (二甲基氨基甲基)苯酚2.4、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷1.5、马来酸二辛酯0.4、混合粉1.4。所述的混合粉由等重量份的棉纤维粉、丙纶纤维粉、铁粉、木质纤维粉、纸浆粉混合而成。
以PA6为主料的热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为178℃,口模温度为215℃,螺杆转速为75rpm,加料转速为85rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到热熔胶。
所述的茂金属线形低密度聚乙烯树脂的熔融指数在2.3-7.5g/10min之间,密度为0.90-0.92g/cm3之间。
通过上述实施例制得的热熔胶的性能检测如下:

利用本发明方法得到的热熔胶各组份之间相容性良好,具有成本低、初粘强度好、耐水性等性能。

Claims (4)

1. 一种以PA6为主料的热熔胶,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:PA6  40-50、聚碳酸酯20-30、茂金属线形低密度聚乙烯树脂20-30、双乙酸钠18-22、聚乙烯蜡23-25、硅灰石粉40-50、2,6- 二-叔丁基-4- (二甲基氨基甲基)苯酚2.3-2.5、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷1.0-2.0、马来酸二辛酯0.3-0.5、混合粉1.3-1.5;所述的混合粉由等重量份的棉纤维粉、丙纶纤维粉、铁粉、木质纤维粉、纸浆粉混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的以PA6为主料的热熔胶,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:PA6  45、聚碳酸酯25、茂金属线形低密度聚乙烯树脂25、双乙酸钠20、聚乙烯蜡24、硅灰石粉45、2,6- 二-叔丁基-4- (二甲基氨基甲基)苯酚2.4、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷1.5、马来酸二辛酯0.4、混合粉1.4。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的以PA6为主料的热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为175-180℃,口模温度为200-230℃,螺杆转速为70-80rpm,加料转速为80-90rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到热熔胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的以PA6为主料的热熔胶,其特征在于:所述的茂金属线形低密度聚乙烯树脂的熔融指数在2.3-7.5g/10min之间,密度为0.90-0.92g/cm3之间。
