本发明公开了一种含有改性纳米陶土的热熔胶及其制备方法,其组成原料的重量份为:苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物50-60、环烷油20-30、PA66 15-25、超细聚乙烯醇18-22、氯化石蜡15-17、改性纳米陶土33-38、邻苯二酚1.8-2.2、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷1.4-1.6、混合粉1.3-1.8、二乙醇胺2.5-3.5;本发明配方合理,制备方法简单,在原料中添加了氯化石蜡,使制得的热熔胶的软化点温度提高,同时添加了改性纳米陶土,增加了热熔胶的粘结强度,流动性好,本发明具有环保、安全、耐候性和成本低廉的优点。

一种含有改性纳米陶土的热熔胶及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料加工领域,具体涉及一种含有改性纳米陶土的热熔胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
热熔胶是以热塑性树脂为主要成分的不含溶剂的固体状粘合剂,由于热熔胶具有粘合速度快、无毒、粘合工艺简单又有较好的粘合强度与柔韧性等优点,它能对各种材料如木材、纸张、纤维、金属、塑料凳进行粘接,使用范围广,特别在纤维业、包装业以及装订行业更有大量使用,但是大部分热熔胶是采用聚酯、聚酰胺等热熔性树脂制备的,由于聚酯热熔胶的强度及弹性较差,不能承受太大的外力,又由于聚酰胺热熔胶的熔点与硬度较高,因此在使用方面受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含有改性纳米陶土的热熔胶及其制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
含有改性纳米陶土的热熔胶,其组成原料的重量份为:苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物50-60、环烷油20-30、PA66  15-25、超细聚乙烯醇18-22、氯化石蜡15-17、改性纳米陶土33-38、邻苯二酚1.8-2.2、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷1.4-1.6、混合粉1.3-1.8、二乙醇胺2.5-3.5。所述的混合粉由等重量份的棉纤维粉、丙纶纤维粉、铁粉、木质纤维粉、纸浆粉混合而成。
含有改性纳米陶土的热熔胶,其组成原料的重量份为:苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物55、环烷油25、PA66  20、超细聚乙烯醇20、氯化石蜡16、改性纳米陶土35、邻苯二酚2.0、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷1.5、混合粉1.5、二乙醇胺3.0。
含有改性纳米陶土的热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为160-180℃,口模温度为188-195℃,螺杆转速为48-52rpm,加料转速为33-38rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到热熔胶。
所述的改性纳米陶土的制备方法为将陶土与10-20%的乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷混合,加热到50-60℃搅拌20-30分钟,再加入2-4%的纳米二氧化硅,高速分散,最后烘干粉碎成300-350目粉末得到改性纳米陶土。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明配方合理,制备方法简单,在原料中添加了氯化石蜡,使制得的热熔胶的软化点温度提高,同时添加了改性纳米陶土,增加了热熔胶的粘结强度,流动性好,本发明具有环保、安全、耐候性和成本低廉的优点。本发明采用混合料,增进了热熔胶与不同类载体的粘结能力。
具体实施方式
实施例1:含有改性纳米陶土的热熔胶,其组成原料的重量份(kg)为:苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物55、环烷油25、PA66  20、超细聚乙烯醇20、氯化石蜡16、改性纳米陶土35、邻苯二酚2.0、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷1.5、混合粉1.5、二乙醇胺3.0。所述的混合粉由等重量份的棉纤维粉、丙纶纤维粉、铁粉、木质纤维粉、纸浆粉混合而成。
含有改性纳米陶土的热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为170℃,口模温度为190℃,螺杆转速为50rpm,加料转速为35rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到热熔胶。
所述的改性纳米陶土的制备方法为将陶土与15%的乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷混合,加热到55℃搅拌25分钟,再加入3%的纳米二氧化硅,高速分散,最后烘干粉碎成300目粉末得到改性纳米陶土。
通过上述实施例制得的热熔胶的性能检测如下:

利用本发明方法得到的热熔胶各组份之间相容性良好,具有成本低、初粘强度好、耐水性等性能。

Claims (5)

1. 一种含有改性纳米陶土的热熔胶,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物50-60、环烷油20-30、PA66  15-25、超细聚乙烯醇18-22、氯化石蜡15-17、改性纳米陶土33-38、邻苯二酚1.8-2.2、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷1.4-1.6、混合粉1.3-1.8、二乙醇胺2.5-3.5。
2.所述的混合粉由等重量份的棉纤维粉、丙纶纤维粉、铁粉、木质纤维粉、纸浆粉混合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有改性纳米陶土的热熔胶,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物55、环烷油25、PA66  20、超细聚乙烯醇20、氯化石蜡16、改性纳米陶土35、邻苯二酚2.0、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷1.5、混合粉1.5、二乙醇胺3.0。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的含有改性纳米陶土的热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为160-180℃,口模温度为188-195℃,螺杆转速为48-52rpm,加料转速为33-38rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到热熔胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含有改性纳米陶土的热熔胶,其特征在于:所述的改性纳米陶土的制备方法为将陶土与10-20%的乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷混合,加热到50-60℃搅拌20-30分钟,再加入2-4%的纳米二氧化硅,高速分散,最后烘干粉碎成300-350目粉末得到改性纳米陶土。
