本发明公开了一种耐水性热熔胶及其制备方法,其组成原料的重量份为:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物50-60、微晶蜡20-30、LDPE低密度聚乙烯10-15、聚醋酸乙烯乳液25-30、石油蜡14-16、混合粉28-32、抗氧剂168 0.7-0.9、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷1.2-1.5、月桂醇硫酸钠0.8-1.2、二丙基乙醇胺2.5-3.5;本发明配方合理,制备方法简单,在原料中添加了石油蜡和微晶蜡,使制得的热熔胶的软化点温度提高,同时添加了混合粉和聚醋酸乙烯乳液,增加了热熔胶的粘结强度,流动性好,本发明具有环保、安全、耐候性和成本低廉的优点。

一种耐水性热熔胶及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料加工领域,具体涉及一种耐水性热熔胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
热熔胶是以热塑性树脂为主要成分的不含溶剂的固体状粘合剂,由于热熔胶具有粘合速度快、无毒、粘合工艺简单又有较好的粘合强度与柔韧性等优点,它能对各种材料如木材、纸张、纤维、金属、塑料凳进行粘接,使用范围广,特别在纤维业、包装业以及装订行业更有大量使用,但是大部分热熔胶是采用聚酯、聚酰胺等热熔性树脂制备的,由于聚酯热熔胶的强度及弹性较差,不能承受太大的外力,又由于聚酰胺热熔胶的熔点与硬度较高,因此在使用方面受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐水性热熔胶及其制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
耐水性热熔胶,其组成原料的重量份为:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物50-60、微晶蜡20-30、LDPE 低密度聚乙烯10-15、聚醋酸乙烯乳液25-30、石油蜡14-16、混合粉28-32、抗氧剂168  0.7-0.9、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷 1.2-1.5、月桂醇硫酸钠0.8-1.2、二丙基乙醇胺2.5-3.5。所述的混合粉由等重量份的棉纤维粉、丙纶纤维粉、铁粉、木质纤维粉、纸浆粉混合而成。
耐水性热熔胶,其组成原料的重量份为:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物55、微晶蜡25、LDPE 低密度聚乙烯12、聚醋酸乙烯乳液28、石油蜡15、混合粉30、抗氧剂168  0.8、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷 1.4、月桂醇硫酸钠1.0、二丙基乙醇胺3.0。
耐水性热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为160-175℃,口模温度为188-195℃,螺杆转速为50-55rpm,加料转速为40-50rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到热熔胶。
所述的所述LDPE低密度聚乙烯的熔融指数为1.0-1.5g/10min, 密度为0.895-0.912g/cm2
本发明的有益效果:
本发明配方合理,制备方法简单,在原料中添加了石油蜡和微晶蜡,使制得的热熔胶的软化点温度提高,同时添加了混合粉和聚醋酸乙烯乳液,增加了热熔胶的粘结强度,流动性好,本发明具有环保、安全、耐候性和成本低廉的优点。本发明采用混合料,增进了热熔胶与不同类载体的粘结能力。
具体实施方式
实施例1:耐水性热熔胶,其组成原料的重量份(kg)为:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物55、微晶蜡25、LDPE 低密度聚乙烯12、聚醋酸乙烯乳液28、石油蜡15、混合粉30、抗氧剂168  0.8、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷 1.4、月桂醇硫酸钠1.0、二丙基乙醇胺3.0。所述的混合粉由等重量份的棉纤维粉、丙纶纤维粉、铁粉、木质纤维粉、纸浆粉混合而成。
耐水性热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为168℃,口模温度为192℃,螺杆转速为52rpm,加料转速为45rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到热熔胶。
所述的所述LDPE低密度聚乙烯的熔融指数为1.0-1.5g/10min, 密度为0.895-0.912g/cm2
通过上述实施例制得的热熔胶的性能检测如下:

利用本发明方法得到的热熔胶各组份之间相容性良好,具有成本低、初粘强度好、耐水性等性能。

Claims (4)

1.一种耐水性热熔胶,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物50-60、微晶蜡20-30、LDPE 低密度聚乙烯10-15、聚醋酸乙烯乳液25-30、石油蜡14-16、混合粉28-32、抗氧剂168  0.7-0.9、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷 1.2-1.5、月桂醇硫酸钠0.8-1.2、二丙基乙醇胺2.5-3.5;所述的混合粉由等重量份的棉纤维粉、丙纶纤维粉、铁粉、木质纤维粉、纸浆粉混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐水性热熔胶,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物55、微晶蜡25、LDPE 低密度聚乙烯12、聚醋酸乙烯乳液28、石油蜡15、混合粉30、抗氧剂168  0.8、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷 1.4、月桂醇硫酸钠1.0、二丙基乙醇胺3.0。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的耐水性热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为160-175℃,口模温度为188-195℃,螺杆转速为50-55rpm,加料转速为40-50rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到热熔胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐水性热熔胶,其特征在于:所述的所述LDPE低密度聚乙烯的熔融指数为1.0-1.5g/10min, 密度为0.895-0.912g/cm2
