本发明公开了一种高性能热熔胶及其制备方法,其组成原料的重量份为:无规聚丙烯20-30、茂金属间规聚丙烯树脂30-40、六偏磷酸钠15-20、小于45微米阿克蜡10-15、滑石粉35-45、儿茶酚1.8-2.2、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷1.3-1.5、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯0.8-1.2、混合粉1.4-1.6;本发明配方合理,制备方法简单,在原料中添加了小于45微米阿克蜡,使制得的热熔胶的软化点温度提高,同时添加了滑石粉,增加了热熔胶的粘结强度,流动性好,本发明具有环保、安全、耐候性和成本低廉的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料加工领域,具体涉及一种高性能热熔胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
热熔胶是以热塑性树脂为主要成分的不含溶剂的固体状粘合剂,由于热熔胶具有粘合速度快、无毒、粘合工艺简单又有较好的粘合强度与柔韧性等优点,它能对各种材料如木材、纸张、纤维、金属、塑料凳进行粘接,使用范围广,特别在纤维业、包装业以及装订行业更有大量使用,但是大部分热熔胶是采用聚酯、聚酰胺等热熔性树脂制备的,由于聚酯热熔胶的强度及弹性较差,不能承受太大的外力,又由于聚酰胺热熔胶的熔点与硬度较高,因此在使用方面受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高性能热熔胶及其制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
高性能热熔胶,其组成原料的重量份为:无规聚丙烯20-30、茂金属间规聚丙烯树脂30-40、六偏磷酸钠15-20、小于45微米阿克蜡10-15、滑石粉35-45、儿茶酚1.8-2.2、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷1.3-1.5、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯0.8-1.2、混合粉1.4-1.6。
高性能热熔胶,其组成原料的重量份为:无规聚丙烯25、茂金属间规聚丙烯树脂35、六偏磷酸钠18、小于45微米阿克蜡12、滑石粉40、儿茶酚2.0、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷1.4、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯1.0、混合粉1.5。
高性能热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为190-210℃,口模温度为195-205℃,螺杆转速为55-60rpm,加料转速为45-50rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到热熔胶。
所述的茂金属间规聚丙烯树脂的熔融指数在2.8-5.5g/10min之间,密度为0.92-0.95g/cm3之间。所述的混合粉由等重量份的棉纤维粉、丙纶纤维粉、铁粉、木质纤维粉、纸浆粉混合而成。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明配方合理,制备方法简单,在原料中添加了小于45微米阿克蜡,使制得的热熔胶的软化点温度提高,同时添加了混合粉,增加了热熔胶的粘结强度,流动性好,本发明具有环保、安全、耐候性和成本低廉的优点。本发明采用混合料,增进了热熔胶与不同类载体的粘结能力。
具体实施方式
实施例1:高性能热熔胶,其组成原料的重量份(kg)为:无规聚丙烯25、茂金属间规聚丙烯树脂35、六偏磷酸钠18、小于45微米阿克蜡12、滑石粉40、儿茶酚2.0、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷1.4、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯1.0、混合粉1.5。
高性能热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为200℃,口模温度为200℃,螺杆转速为58rpm,加料转速为48rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到热熔胶。
所述的茂金属间规聚丙烯树脂的熔融指数在2.8-5.5g/10min之间,密度为0.92-0.95g/cm3之间。所述的混合粉由等重量份的棉纤维粉、丙纶纤维粉、铁粉、木质纤维粉、纸浆粉混合而成。
通过上述实施例制得的热熔胶的性能检测如下:

1.一种高性能热熔胶,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:无规聚丙烯20-30、茂金属间规聚丙烯树脂30-40、六偏磷酸钠15-20、小于45微米阿克蜡10-15、滑石粉35-45、儿茶酚1.8-2.2、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷1.3-1.5、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯0.8-1.2、混合粉1.4-1.6;
所述的高性能热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为190-210℃,口模温度为195-205℃,螺杆转速为55-60rpm,加料转速为45-50rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到热熔胶;
所述的茂金属间规聚丙烯树脂的熔融指数在2.8-5.5g/10min之间,密度为0.92-0.95g/cm3之间,所述的混合粉由等重量份的棉纤维粉、丙纶纤维粉、铁粉、木质纤维粉、纸浆粉混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高性能热熔胶,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:无规聚丙烯25、茂金属间规聚丙烯树脂35、六偏磷酸钠18、小于45微米阿克蜡12、滑石粉40、儿茶酚2.0、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷1.4、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯1.0、混合粉1.5。
