Abstract
本发明公开了一种含有改性树木灰烬的热熔胶及其制备方法,其组成原料的重量份为:马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯40-50、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物45-55、混合粉8-12、白乳胶20-30、松香10-15、改性树木灰烬40-60、对苯二酚0.2-0.5、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷3-5、纳米二氧化硅0.2-0.4、邻苯二甲酸酯0.6-0.8、改性苯甲酸单乙醇胺0.1-0.3、三乙醇胺0.8-1.2;本发明配方合理,制备方法简单,在原料中添加了松香,使制得的热熔胶的软化点温度提高,同时添加了改性树木灰烬,增加了热熔胶的粘结强度,流动性好,本发明具有环保、安全、耐候性和成本低廉的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料加工领域,具体涉及一种含有改性树木灰烬的热熔胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
热熔胶是以热塑性树脂为主要成分的不含溶剂的固体状粘合剂,由于热熔胶具有粘合速度快、无毒、粘合工艺简单又有较好的粘合强度与柔韧性等优点,它能对各种材料如木材、纸张、纤维、金属、塑料凳进行粘接,使用范围广,特别在纤维业、包装业以及装订行业更有大量使用,但是大部分热熔胶是采用聚酯、聚酰胺等热熔性树脂制备的,由于聚酯热熔胶的强度及弹性较差,不能承受太大的外力,又由于聚酰胺热熔胶的熔点与硬度较高,因此在使用方面受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含有改性树木灰烬的热熔胶及其制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
含有改性树木灰烬的热熔胶,其组成原料的重量份为:马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯40-50、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物45-55、混合粉8-12、白乳胶20-30、松香10-15、改性树木灰烬40-60、对苯二酚0.2-0.5、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷3-5、纳米二氧化硅0.2-0.4、邻苯二甲酸酯0.6-0.8、改性苯甲酸单乙醇胺0.1-0.3、三乙醇胺0.8-1.2。所述的混合粉由等重量份的棉纤维粉、丙纶纤维粉、铁粉、木质纤维粉、纸浆粉混合而成。
含有改性树木灰烬的热熔胶,其组成原料的重量份为:马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯45、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物50、混合粉10、白乳胶25、松香12、改性树木灰烬50、对苯二酚0.4、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷4、纳米二氧化硅0.3、邻苯二甲酸酯0.7、改性苯甲酸单乙醇胺0.2、三乙醇胺1.0。
含有改性树木灰烬的热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为180-200℃,口模温度为190-210℃,螺杆转速为40-60rpm,加料转速为35-45rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到热熔胶。
所述的改性树木灰烬的制备方法为:
a、树木灰烬用10-15%双氧水浸泡3-4小时,去离子水洗涤,再用10-12%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3-4小时,再用去离子水洗涤至中性,烘干;
b、在上述处理后的树木灰烬中加入相当于其重量2-3%的三苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、1-2%的硅烷偶联剂KH550、2-3%的聚异丁烯、3-5%的二茂铁,高速1200-1500转/分搅拌,烘干粉碎成超细粉末。
所述的改性苯甲酸单乙醇胺制备方法为在苯甲酸单乙醇胺中加入4-5%硅烷偶联剂K550、4-5%纳米铁粉、1-2%乌洛托品,混合加热至70-80℃,30-40分钟后冷却即得。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明配方合理,制备方法简单,在原料中添加了松香,使制得的热熔胶的软化点温度提高,同时添加了改性树木灰烬,增加了热熔胶的粘结强度,流动性好,本发明具有环保、安全、耐候性和成本低廉的优点。本发明采用混合料,增进了热熔胶与不同类载体的粘结能力。
具体实施方式
实施例1:含有改性树木灰烬的热熔胶,其组成原料的重量份(kg)为:马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯45、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物50、混合粉10、白乳胶25、松香12、改性树木灰烬50、对苯二酚0.4、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷4、纳米二氧化硅0.3、邻苯二甲酸酯0.7、改性苯甲酸单乙醇胺0.2、三乙醇胺1.0。所述的混合粉由等重量份的棉纤维粉、丙纶纤维粉、铁粉、木质纤维粉、纸浆粉混合而成。
含有改性树木灰烬的热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为190℃,口模温度为200℃,螺杆转速为50rpm,加料转速为40rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到热熔胶。
所述的改性树木灰烬的制备方法为:
a、树木灰烬用15%双氧水浸泡3-4小时,去离子水洗涤,再用10%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3-4小时,再用去离子水洗涤至中性,烘干;
b、在上述处理后的树木灰烬中加入相当于其重量2.5%的三苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、1.5%的硅烷偶联剂KH550、2.5%的聚异丁烯、4%的二茂铁,高速1200-1500转/分搅拌,烘干粉碎成超细粉末。
所述的改性苯甲酸单乙醇胺制备方法为在苯甲酸单乙醇胺中加入4.5%硅烷偶联剂K550、4.5%纳米铁粉、1.5%乌洛托品,混合加热至75℃,35分钟后冷却即得。
通过上述实施例制得的热熔胶的性能检测如下:

利用本发明方法得到的热熔胶各组份之间相容性良好,具有成本低、初粘强度好、耐水性等性能。
Claims (5)
1. 一种含有改性树木灰烬的热熔胶,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯40-50、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物45-55、混合粉8-12、白乳胶20-30、松香10-15、改性树木灰烬40-60、对苯二酚0.2-0.5、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷3-5、纳米二氧化硅0.2-0.4、邻苯二甲酸酯0.6-0.8、改性苯甲酸单乙醇胺0.1-0.3、三乙醇胺0.8-1.2;
所述的混合粉由等重量份的棉纤维粉、丙纶纤维粉、铁粉、木质纤维粉、纸浆粉混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有改性树木灰烬的热熔胶,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯45、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物50、混合粉10、白乳胶25、松香12、改性树木灰烬50、对苯二酚0.4、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷4、纳米二氧化硅0.3、邻苯二甲酸酯0.7、改性苯甲酸单乙醇胺0.2、三乙醇胺1.0。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的含有改性树木灰烬的热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为180-200℃,口模温度为190-210℃,螺杆转速为40-60rpm,加料转速为35-45rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到热熔胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有改性树木灰烬的热熔胶,其特征在于:所述的改性树木灰烬的制备方法为:
a、树木灰烬用10-15%双氧水浸泡3-4小时,去离子水洗涤,再用10-12%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3-4小时,再用去离子水洗涤至中性,烘干;
b、在上述处理后的树木灰烬中加入相当于其重量2-3%的三苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、1-2%的硅烷偶联剂KH550、2-3%的聚异丁烯、3-5%的二茂铁,高速1200-1500转/分搅拌,烘干粉碎成超细粉末。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含有改性树木灰烬的热熔胶,其特征在于:所述的改性苯甲酸单乙醇胺制备方法为在苯甲酸单乙醇胺中加入4-5%硅烷偶联剂K550、4-5%纳米铁粉、1-2%乌洛托品,混合加热至70-80℃,30-40分钟后冷却即得。
