本发明公开了一种以马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物为主料的热熔胶及其制备方法,其组成原料的重量份为:马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物50-70、马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体25-35、丁基橡胶10-20、聚氧乙烯醚型丙烯酸酯20-30、凡士林40-50、改性树木灰烬15-25、抗氧剂DSTP2.3-2.5、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯1.5-1.7、混合粉1.2-1.4、苯甲酸胺0.5-0.7;本发明配方合理,原材料价格低廉,性能好,在原料中添加了凡士林,使制得的热熔胶的软化点温度提高,同时添加了改性树木灰烬,增加了热熔胶的粘结强度,流动性好,本发明具有环保、安全、耐候性和成本低廉的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料加工领域,具体涉及一种以马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物为主料的热熔胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
热熔胶是以热塑性树脂为主要成分的不含溶剂的固体状粘合剂,由于热熔胶具有粘合速度快、无毒、粘合工艺简单又有较好的粘合强度与柔韧性等优点,它能对各种材料如木材、纸张、纤维、金属、塑料凳进行粘接,使用范围广,特别在纤维业、包装业以及装订行业更有大量使用,但是大部分热熔胶是采用聚酯、聚酰胺等热熔性树脂制备的,由于聚酯热熔胶的强度及弹性较差,不能承受太大的外力,又由于聚酰胺热熔胶的熔点与硬度较高,因此在使用方面受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种以马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物为主料的热熔胶及其制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
以马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物为主料的热熔胶,其组成原料的重量份为:马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物50-70、马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体25-35、丁基橡胶10-20、聚氧乙烯醚型丙烯酸酯20-30、凡士林40-50、改性树木灰烬15-25、抗氧剂DSTP 2.3-2.5、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯1.5-1.7、混合粉1.2-1.4、苯甲酸胺0.5-0.7。所述的混合粉由等重量份的棉纤维粉、丙纶纤维粉、铁粉、木质纤维粉、纸浆粉混合而成。
以马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物为主料的热熔胶,其组成原料的重量份为:马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物60、马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体30、丁基橡胶15、聚氧乙烯醚型丙烯酸酯25、凡士林45、改性树木灰烬20、抗氧剂DSTP 2.4、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯1.6、混合粉1.3、苯甲酸胺0.6。
以马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物为主料的热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为160-168℃,口模温度为183-188℃,螺杆转速为35-38rpm,加料转速为45-55rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到热熔胶。
所述的改性树木灰烬的制备方法如下:
a、树木灰烬用10-15%双氧水浸泡3-4小时,去离子水洗涤,再用10-12%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3-4小时,再用去离子水洗涤至中性,烘干;
b、在上述处理后的树木灰烬中加入相当于其重量2-3%的三苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、1-2%的硅烷偶联剂KH550、2-3%的聚异丁烯、3-5%的二茂铁,高速1200-1500转/分搅拌,烘干粉碎成超细粉末。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明配方合理,原材料价格低廉,性能好,在原料中添加了凡士林,使制得的热熔胶的软化点温度提高,同时添加了改性树木灰烬,增加了热熔胶的粘结强度,流动性好,本发明具有环保、安全、耐候性和成本低廉的优点。本发明采用混合料,增进了热熔胶与不同类载体的粘结能力。
具体实施方式
实施例1:以马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物为主料的热熔胶,其组成原料的重量份(kg)为:马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物60、马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体30、丁基橡胶15、聚氧乙烯醚型丙烯酸酯25、凡士林45、改性树木灰烬20、抗氧剂DSTP 2.4、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯1.6、混合粉1.3、苯甲酸胺0.6。所述的混合粉由等重量份的棉纤维粉、丙纶纤维粉、铁粉、木质纤维粉、纸浆粉混合而成。
以马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物为主料的热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为165℃,口模温度为185℃,螺杆转速为35rpm,加料转速为50rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到热熔胶。
所述的改性树木灰烬的制备方法如下:
a、树木灰烬用15%双氧水浸泡3小时,去离子水洗涤,再用10%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3小时,再用去离子水洗涤至中性,烘干;
b、在上述处理后的树木灰烬中加入相当于其重量2%的三苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、1.5%的硅烷偶联剂KH550、2.5%的聚异丁烯、4%的二茂铁,高速1200转/分搅拌,烘干粉碎成超细粉末。
通过上述实施例制得的热熔胶的性能检测如下:

利用本发明方法得到的热熔胶各组份之间相容性良好,具有成本低、初粘强度好、耐水性等性能。

Claims (4)

1.一种以马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物为主料的热熔胶,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物50-70、马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体25-35、丁基橡胶10-20、聚氧乙烯醚型丙烯酸酯20-30、凡士林40-50、改性树木灰烬15-25、抗氧剂DSTP 2.3-2.5、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯1.5-1.7、混合粉1.2-1.4、苯甲酸胺0.5-0.7;所述的混合粉由等重量份的棉纤维粉、丙纶纤维粉、铁粉、木质纤维粉、纸浆粉混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的以马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物为主料的热熔胶,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物60、马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体30、丁基橡胶15、聚氧乙烯醚型丙烯酸酯25、凡士林45、改性树木灰烬20、抗氧剂DSTP 2.4、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯1.6、混合粉1.3、苯甲酸胺0.6。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的以马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物为主料的热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为160-168℃,口模温度为183-188℃,螺杆转速为35-38rpm,加料转速为45-55rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到热熔胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的以马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物为主料的热熔胶,其特征在于,所述的改性树木灰烬的制备方法如下:
a、树木灰烬用10-15%双氧水浸泡3-4小时,去离子水洗涤,再用10-12%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3-4小时,再用去离子水洗涤至中性,烘干;
b、在上述处理后的树木灰烬中加入相当于其重量2-3%的三苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、1-2%的硅烷偶联剂KH550、2-3%的聚异丁烯、3-5%的二茂铁,高速1200-1500转/分搅拌,烘干粉碎成超细粉末。
