Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐热改性聚丙烯薄膜母料机器制备方法,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:聚丙烯78-80份、线型低密度聚乙烯18-21份、轻质碳酸钙1-3份、氧化聚乙烯0.4-0.6份、叔丁基氢醌0.6-0.8份。本发明对聚丙烯进行改性,复配线型低密度聚乙烯、轻质碳酸钙、氧化聚乙烯和叔丁基氢醌,使所得聚丙烯母料具有优良的耐热性,所得母料经双向拉伸为薄膜后,所得薄膜耐热性良好,热封时不会出现收缩变形。

技术领域
 本发明属于高分子材料领域,具体涉及一种耐热改性聚丙烯薄膜母料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚丙烯薄膜最常见的为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜一般为多层共挤薄膜,是由聚丙烯颗粒经共挤形成片材后,再经纵横两个方向的拉伸而制得的。这种薄膜具有良好的物理稳定性且透明度和光泽度较高,是目前应用较广的薄膜。但是其耐热性不佳,热合时容易收缩变形。故对现有聚丙烯薄膜进行改性就显得尤为重要。
综上所述,如何克服现有技术的不足已成为现有领域亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提出一种耐热改性聚丙烯薄膜母料及其制备方法,本发明具有优良的耐热性。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种耐热改性聚丙烯薄膜母料,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:聚丙烯78-80份、线型低密度聚乙烯18-21份、轻质碳酸钙1-3份、氧化聚乙烯0.4-0.6份、叔丁基氢醌0.6-0.8份。
所述的耐热改性聚丙烯薄膜母料,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:聚丙烯79份、线型低密度聚乙烯20份、轻质碳酸钙2份、氧化聚乙烯0.5份、叔丁基氢醌0.7份。
一种耐热改性聚丙烯薄膜母料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按照质量配比称取各原料,于高混机搅拌混合均匀,后将混料置于双螺杆挤出机中,控制各段温度为180-190℃,挤出造粒即得耐热改性聚丙烯薄膜母料。
有益效果:本发明对聚丙烯进行改性,复配线型低密度聚乙烯、轻质碳酸钙、氧化聚乙烯和叔丁基氢醌,使所得聚丙烯母料具有优良的耐热性,所得母料经双向拉伸为薄膜后,所得薄膜耐热性良好,热封时不会出现收缩变形。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
耐热改性聚丙烯薄膜母料,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:聚丙烯78份、线型低密度聚乙烯18份、轻质碳酸钙1份、氧化聚乙烯0.4份、叔丁基氢醌0.6份。
本实施例的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按照质量配比称取各原料,于高混机搅拌混合均匀,后将混料置于双螺杆挤出机中,控制各段温度为180℃,挤出造粒即得耐热改性聚丙烯薄膜母料。
将该实施例所得成品进行性能检测,检测结果见表1。
实施例2
耐热改性聚丙烯薄膜母料,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:聚丙烯80份、线型低密度聚乙烯21份、轻质碳酸钙3份、氧化聚乙烯0.6份、叔丁基氢醌0.8份。
本实施例的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按照质量配比称取各原料,于高混机搅拌混合均匀,后将混料置于双螺杆挤出机中,控制各段温度为190℃,挤出造粒即得耐热改性聚丙烯薄膜母料。
将该实施例所得成品进行性能检测,检测结果见表1。
实施例3
耐热改性聚丙烯薄膜母料,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:聚丙烯79份、线型低密度聚乙烯20份、轻质碳酸钙2份、氧化聚乙烯0.5份、叔丁基氢醌0.7份。
本实施例的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按照质量配比称取各原料,于高混机搅拌混合均匀,后将混料置于双螺杆挤出机中,控制各段温度为190℃,挤出造粒即得耐热改性聚丙烯薄膜母料。
将该实施例所得成品进行性能检测,检测结果见表1。

1.一种耐热改性聚丙烯薄膜母料,其特征在于,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:聚丙烯78-80份、线型低密度聚乙烯18-21份、轻质碳酸钙1-3份、氧化聚乙烯0.4-0.6份、叔丁基氢醌0.6-0.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐热改性聚丙烯薄膜母料,其特征在于,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:聚丙烯79份、线型低密度聚乙烯20份、轻质碳酸钙2份、氧化聚乙烯0.5份、叔丁基氢醌0.7份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种耐热改性聚丙烯薄膜母料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:按照质量配比称取各原料,于高混机搅拌混合均匀,后将混料置于双螺杆挤出机中,控制各段温度为160-170℃,挤出造粒即得耐热改性聚丙烯薄膜母料。
