Abstract

一种多层共挤高拉伸膜及其制备方法,属于包装材料技术领域,该拉伸膜由三层膜组成,第一层为线性低密度聚乙烯树脂、丙烯酸类树酯及功能母粒混合层;第二层为线性低密度聚乙烯树脂、弹性体及功能母粒混合层;第三层为线性低密度聚乙烯树脂及弹性体混合层。本发明提供了一种层共挤高拉伸膜,具有较高的耐穿刺性能,良好的绸缎光泽度及热封性能。MB50‑002硅酮母粒作为添加剂,当添加量在2%‑10%,不仅能降低表面摩擦系数,提高耐刮擦性能,还能显著提高薄膜表面光泽性。聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯是无毒环保的材料,具有良好的化学稳定性、和耐候性,表面光泽度好。经过纵向5倍拉伸成膜,膜表面具有很高的光泽度,达到类似绸缎的表面效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种多层共挤高拉伸膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
热塑性塑料薄膜的性能,不仅同使用的塑料原材料粒子有密切的关系,还同薄膜的生产工艺及工艺参数有关。同一种塑料制品,例如:薄膜可以用不同的生产工艺流程来生产,即使用同一种材料同一种生产工艺,由于生产时的温度、压力、吹胀比等工艺参数的不同,所得薄膜的性能也有所差别。目前市面上多采用流延拉伸法制备拉伸膜,流延(Cast)法生产的薄膜称流延膜,如:流延聚丙烯薄膜,称CPP膜,制得的拉伸膜最大的纵向拉伸倍率为3倍,拉伸完光泽度达不到要求,无法达到绸缎膜的效果。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种多层共挤高拉伸膜,该拉伸膜具有良好的化学稳定性、和耐候性,表面光泽度好,达到类似绸缎的表面效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种多层共挤高拉伸膜,由三层膜组成,第一层为线性低密度聚乙烯树脂、丙烯酸类树酯及功能母粒混合层;第二层为线性低密度聚乙烯树脂、弹性体及功能母粒混合层;第三层为线性低密度聚乙烯树脂及弹性体混合层;三层膜从上到下的厚度比为1:2:1。
优选的,所述的各层材料中包含以下重量份数的物质:第一层材料中包含线性低密度聚乙烯树脂75~82份、丙烯酸类树酯12~15份、功能母粒3~5份;第二层材料中包含线性低密度聚乙烯树脂77~82份、弹性体20~25份、功能母粒3~5份;第三层材料中包含线性低密度聚乙烯树脂75~82份,弹性体20~25份。
优选的,所述的丙烯酸类树酯为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
进一步优选的,所述的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的密度为1.18g/cm3
优选的,所述的功能母粒为MB50-002硅酮母粒。
优选的,所述的弹性体为弹性体聚乙烯或茂金属聚乙烯。
进一步优选的,所述的弹性体聚乙烯的牌号为PL1881G,密度为0.904g/cm3,融指为1.0g/10min;所述的茂金属聚乙烯的牌号为5401G,密度为0.918g/cm3,融指为1.0g/10min。
优选的,所述的线性低密度聚乙烯树脂的牌号为2045G,密度为0.920g/cm3,融指为1.0g/10min。
一种多层共挤高拉伸膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将第一层材料、第二层材料、第三层材料分别加入三层共挤吹膜机料筒中,每层挤出机的熔体温度控制在185℃~220℃,吹膜后制成聚乙烯薄膜;
步骤二:聚乙烯薄膜冷却定型、切边;
步骤三:切边后的聚乙烯薄膜经纵向拉伸机预热辊预热,使得薄膜的温度高于原料的综合维卡软化点温度(大于80℃),再通过双拉伸辊拉伸、退火辊定型、冷却辊冷却,制得高拉伸膜。
优选的,所述的双拉伸辊之间的间隙为10mm,拉伸比为5。
优选的,所述的纵向拉伸机为MDO纵向拉伸机。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)本发明提供了一种多层共挤高拉伸膜,该拉伸膜具有良好的化学稳定性、力学性能和耐候性。
2)采用MB50-002硅酮母粒作为添加剂,不仅能降低表面摩擦系数,提高耐刮擦性能,还能显著提高薄膜表面光泽性。
3)采用的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯是无毒环保的材料,且现有技术中多采用流延拉伸法,其最大的纵向拉伸倍率为3倍,拉伸完无法达到绸缎膜的效果,但是吹膜法+MDO在线拉伸,最大拉伸倍率能达到5倍,拉伸完后膜具有很高的光泽度,有类似绸缎的表观效果,起到美化包装的效果。

一种多层共挤高拉伸膜,由三层膜组成,各层材料中包含以下重量份数的物质:第一层1材料中包含线性低密度聚乙烯树脂75份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯12份、硅酮母粒3份;第二层2材料中包含线性低密度聚乙烯树脂77份、弹性体聚乙烯20份、硅酮母粒3份;第三层3材料中包含线性低密度聚乙烯树脂75份,弹性体聚乙烯20份;三层膜从上到下的厚度比为1:2:1。
所述的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的密度为1.18g/cm3
所述的硅酮母粒的牌号为MB50-002。
所述的弹性体聚乙烯的牌号为PL1881G,密度为0.904g/cm3,融指为1.0g/10min。
