本发明公开了一种阻燃型PE、PP共混材料配方,每80份PP树脂、20份LDPE树脂中配备:17~19份丁二烯橡胶、0.6~0.9份BaSt稳定剂、0.6~0.9份DLTP抗氧剂、1.1~1.4份ZnO促进剂、2~3份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、氯化石蜡1~1.5份;进一步改进在于:氯化石蜡为含氯42份的氯化石蜡。本发明显著提高阻燃性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种PE、PP共混材料配方。
背景技术
PE、PP共混材料综合PE、PP两种材料的性能,但阻燃性能较差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高阻燃性能的阻燃型PE、PP共混材料配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
阻燃型PE、PP共混材料配方,其改进之处在于:每80份PP树脂、20份LDPE树脂中配备:17~19份丁二烯橡胶、0.6~0.9份BaSt稳定剂、0.6~0.9份DLTP抗氧剂、1.1~1.4份ZnO促进剂、2~3份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、氯化石蜡1~1.5份。
优选地,所述氯化石蜡为含氯42份的氯化石蜡。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:添加邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,改善PE、PP的相容性,增加塑性;添加含氯42份的氯化石蜡,显著提高阻燃性能。

阻燃型PE、PP共混材料配方,每80份PP树脂、20份LDPE树脂中配备:19份丁二烯橡胶、0.9份BaSt稳定剂、0.9份DLTP抗氧剂、1.4份ZnO促进剂、3份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、1.5份氯化石蜡,本实施例中,氯化石蜡为含氯42份的氯化石蜡。
