本发明公开了一种抗氧化型安全帽配方,由82份PP树脂、12份LDPE树脂、16~19份丁二烯橡胶、0.4~0.7份PbSt稳定剂、1.2~1.6份BaSt稳定剂、0.3~0.7份CA抗氧剂、0.3~0.7份DLTP抗氧剂、1.2~1.4份ZnO促进剂和0.06份TiO2组成。本发明显著提高抗氧化性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种安全帽配方。
背景技术
PP安全帽配方具有较高的抗冲击性能,但抗氧化性能较差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高抗氧化性能的抗氧化型安全帽配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
抗氧化型安全帽配方,其改进之处在于:由82份PP树脂、12份LDPE树脂、16~19份丁二烯橡胶、0.4~0.7份PbSt稳定剂、1.2~1.6份BaSt稳定剂、0.3~0.7份CA抗氧剂、0.3~0.7份DLTP抗氧剂、1.2~1.4份ZnO促进剂和0.06份TiO2组成。
进一步改进在于:由82份PP树脂、12份LDPE树脂、17~18份丁二烯橡胶、0.4~0.7份PbSt稳定剂、1.2~1.6份BaSt稳定剂、0.4~0.6份CA抗氧剂、0.4~0.6份DLTP抗氧剂、1.2~1.4份ZnO促进剂和0.06份TiO2组成。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、加入紫外线吸收剂,显著提高抗氧化性能。
2、DLTP抗氧剂0.4~0.6份,抗氧化效果更好。

抗氧化型安全帽配方,由82份PP树脂、12份LDPE树脂、16份丁二烯橡胶、0.4份PbSt稳定剂、1.2份BaSt稳定剂、0.3份CA抗氧剂、0.3份DLTP抗氧剂、1.2份ZnO促进剂和0.06份TiO2组成。
实施例2:
抗氧化型安全帽配方,由82份PP树脂、12份LDPE树脂、19份丁二烯橡胶、0.7份PbSt稳定剂、1.6份BaSt稳定剂、0.7份CA抗氧剂、0.7份DLTP抗氧剂、1.4份ZnO促进剂和0.06份TiO2组成。
实施例3:
抗氧化型安全帽配方,由82份PP树脂、12份LDPE树脂、16份丁二烯橡胶、0.4份PbSt稳定剂、1.2份BaSt稳定剂、0.3份CA抗氧剂、0.4份DLTP抗氧剂、1.2份ZnO促进剂和0.06份TiO2组成。
实施例4:
抗氧化型安全帽配方,由82份PP树脂、12份LDPE树脂、19份丁二烯橡胶、0.7份PbSt稳定剂、1.6份BaSt稳定剂、0.7份CA抗氧剂、0.6份DLTP抗氧剂、1.4份ZnO促进剂和0.06份TiO2组成。

1.一种抗氧化型安全帽配方,其特征在于:由82份PP树脂、12份LDPE树脂、16~19份丁二烯橡胶、0.4~0.7份PbSt稳定剂、1.2~1.6份BaSt稳定剂、0.3~0.7份CA抗氧剂、0.3~0.7份DLTP抗氧剂、1.2~1.4份ZnO促进剂和0.06份TiO2组成。
