本发明公开了一种抗氧化防紫外线安全帽配方,由70~75份PP树脂、10~14份LDPE树脂、21~24份丁二烯橡胶、0.3~0.5份PbSt稳定剂、0.3~0.7份CA抗氧剂、0.3~0.5份UV‑9紫外线吸收剂、1.3~1.8份ZnO促进剂组成。本发明显著提高抗氧化、防紫外线性能。

本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种安全帽配方。
背景技术
PP安全帽配方具有较高的抗冲击性能,但抗氧化、防紫外线性能较差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高抗氧化、防紫外线性能的抗氧化防紫外线安全帽配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
抗氧化防紫外线安全帽配方,其改进之处在于:由70~75份PP树脂、10~14份LDPE树脂、21~24份丁二烯橡胶、0.3~0.5份PbSt稳定剂、0.3~0.7份CA抗氧剂、0.3~0.5份UV-9紫外线吸收剂、1.3~1.8份ZnO促进剂组成。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:加入CA抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂,显著提高抗氧化、防紫外线性能。

实施例1:
抗氧化防紫外线安全帽配方,由70份PP树脂、10份LDPE树脂、21份丁二烯橡胶、0.3份PbSt稳定剂、0.3份CA抗氧剂、0.3份UV-9紫外线吸收剂、1.8份ZnO促进剂组成。
实施例2:
抗氧化防紫外线安全帽配方,由75份PP树脂、14份LDPE树脂、24份丁二烯橡胶、0.5份PbSt稳定剂、0.7份CA抗氧剂、0.5份UV-9紫外线吸收剂、1.3份ZnO促进剂组成。

1.一种抗氧化防紫外线安全帽配方,其特征在于:由70~75份PP树脂、10~14份LDPE树脂、21~24份丁二烯橡胶、0.3~0.5份PbSt稳定剂、0.3~0.7份CA抗氧剂、0.3~0.5份UV-9紫外线吸收剂、1.3~1.8份ZnO促进剂组成。
