本发明的一种橡胶垫的组合物，按一定质量比的异戊橡胶、氟橡胶、阻尼材料、硫化剂、涂施胶粘剂组成。采用本配方橡胶垫的组合物：减震性与机械特性与以住橡胶垫相比效果明显提高。采用本配方制成的橡胶垫使用材料和成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及运动用品领域用的一种橡胶垫，具体涉及一种橡胶垫的组合物。
背景技术
运动过程中的防滑是一项特别需要关注的安全问题：传统橡胶垫存在重量及减震差的问题；普通橡胶组合物可以提高由该组合物成型得到的橡胶成型体的断裂强度、断裂伸长率这样的机械特性，但还未能充分提高抗挠性这样的机械特性。因此，要求除了提高橡胶成型体的断裂强度、断裂伸长率以外，还可以进一步提高抗挠性等机械特性的橡胶组合物。此外，对于采用橡胶组合物制成的橡胶带等成型体，要求提高其抗挠性等机械特性。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种减震效果且带有优异机械特性的橡胶垫的组合物。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的一种橡胶垫的组合物，按质量分数比，异
戊橡胶5-8份、氟橡胶2-5份、阻尼材料1-3份、硫化剂0.2-0.5份、涂施胶粘剂0.03-0.08份。
所述阻尼材料为聚氯乙烯和环氧树脂类。
所述硫化剂为二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌。
本发明的优点在于：采用本配方橡胶垫的组合物：减震性与机械特性与以住橡胶垫相比效果明显提高。采用本配方制成的橡胶垫使用材料和成本低。
具体实施方式
本发明的橡胶垫的组合物，按质量分数比，其特征在于：异戊橡胶5-8份、
氟橡胶2-5份、阻尼材料1-3份、硫化剂0.2-0.5份、涂施胶粘剂0.03-0.08份；所述阻尼材料为聚氯乙烯和环氧树脂类；所述硫化剂为二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌。

1.一种橡胶垫的组合物，按质量分数比，其特征在于：异戊橡胶5-8份、氟橡胶2-5份、阻尼材料1-3份、硫化剂0.2-0.5份、涂施胶粘剂0.03-0.08份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶垫的组合物，其特征在于：所述阻尼材料为聚氯乙烯和环氧树脂类。
3.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶垫的组合物，其特征在于：所述硫化剂为二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌。
