防滑橡胶鞋底的防滑性在于提高橡胶中的填料配比,现有的防滑橡胶鞋底的防滑性能和耐磨性能无法达到有效统一。

其具体方案为:一种防滑橡胶鞋底,包括如下重量份组分:
丁基橡胶 100份;
丁苯橡胶 5-15份;
氯丁橡胶 10-15份;
三元乙丙橡胶 5-15份;
聚酰胺热塑性弹性体 3-5份;
玻璃纤维 10-15份;
白炭黑 15-25份;
促进剂 2-4份;
发泡剂 1-3份;
交联剂 1-3份。
在上述的防滑橡胶鞋底中,包括如下重量份组分:
丁基橡胶 100份;
丁苯橡胶 10份;
氯丁橡胶 12份;
三元乙丙橡胶 10份;
聚酰胺热塑性弹性体 4份;
玻璃纤维 12份;
白炭黑 20份;
促进剂 3份;
发泡剂 2份;
交联剂 2份。
在上述的防滑橡胶鞋底中,所述的促进剂为促进剂DM和促进剂TMTD的组合,促进剂DM和促进剂TMTD的质量比为1:1。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的防滑橡胶鞋底有效的改善了传统的鞋底防滑性和耐磨性不能统一的问题。

聚酰胺热塑性弹性体 4份;
玻璃纤维 12份;
白炭黑 20份;
促进剂 DM 1份;
促进剂 TMTD 1份
发泡剂 2份;
交联剂 2份。
其制备方法为,将各组分除交联剂外加入到密炼机中密炼一段时间后,在加入交联剂继续密炼硫化即可。
实施例2
一种防滑橡胶鞋底,包括如下重量份组分:
丁基橡胶 100份;
丁苯橡胶 5份;
氯丁橡胶 15份;
三元乙丙橡胶 5份;
聚酰胺热塑性弹性体 3份;
玻璃纤维 15份;
白炭黑 15份;
促进剂 DM 1.5份;
促进剂 TMTD 1.5份
发泡剂 2份;
交联剂 2份。
实施例1和2的防滑橡胶鞋底具有较好的耐磨性和防滑性。
