本发明提出一种耐油轮胎胎面胶料,按照质量份计算,该胶料是由10‑40份天然橡胶,50‑70份丁苯橡胶,5‑15份的氯丁橡胶,50‑70份炭黑,10‑20份白碳黑,4‑7份防老剂,1‑4份微晶蜡,5‑15份芳烃油,4‑7份氧化锌,1‑3份硬脂酸,3‑7份增塑剂,2‑4份硅烷偶联剂,1‑3份硫磺,1‑3份促进剂组成。采用本发明制得的轮胎,可以提高轮胎在油污严重路面中的耐油性,显著降低轮胎在侵油的环境下的膨胀率,提高轮胎的使用寿命。

一种耐油轮胎胎面胶料
技术领域
本发明属于橡胶领域,尤其涉及一种耐油轮胎胎面胶料。
背景技术
轮胎使用的环境比较复杂,特别是工程类轮胎,因各种工矿的环境不同,对轮胎的性能要求也不同。普通的轮胎胎面一般都是用天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶等作为主要橡胶材料生产的,这些橡胶材料的耐油性能较差,所以在需要轮胎具有耐油性能的使用环境中,效果较差,轮胎的使用寿命较短。因此现有的工程类轮胎的胶面还是不够理想,不能满足耐油环境中的使用需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种耐油轮胎胎面胶料,以提高轮胎耐油性,同时提高轮胎使用寿命。
本发明是这样实现的:
本发明提供一种耐油轮胎胎面胶料,按照质量份计算(单位:kg),该胶料是由10-40份天然橡胶,50-70份丁苯橡胶,5-15份的氯丁橡胶,50-70份炭黑,10-20份白碳黑,4-7份防老剂,1-4份微晶蜡,5-15份芳烃油,4-7份氧化锌,1-3份硬脂酸,3-7份增塑剂, 2-4份硅烷偶联剂,1-3份硫磺,1-3份促进剂组成。
进一步地,所述天然橡胶为10-30份,丁苯橡胶为50-60份,氯丁橡胶为10-15份,炭黑为60-65份,白碳黑为15-20份,防老剂为4-5份,微晶蜡为1-3份,芳烃油为5-10份,氧化锌为4-5份,硬脂酸为1-2份,增塑剂5-6份,硅烷偶联剂2-3份,硫磺为1-2.5份,促进剂为1-2份。
采用以上技术方案,可以提高轮胎在油污严重路面的耐油性,显著降低轮胎在侵油的环境下的膨胀率,提高轮胎的使用寿命。

本发明提供一种耐油轮胎胎面胶料,按照质量份计算(单位:kg),该胶料是由10-40份天然橡胶,优选为10-30份;50-70份丁苯橡胶,优选为50-60份;5-15份的氯丁橡胶,优选我10-15份;50-70份炭黑,优选为60-65份;10-20份白碳黑,优选为15-20份;4-7份防老剂,优选为4-5份;1-4份微晶蜡,优选为1-3份;5-15份芳烃油,优选为5-10份;4-7份氧化锌,优选为4-5份;1-3份硬脂酸,优选为1-2份;3-7份增塑剂,优选为5-6份;2-4份硅烷偶联剂,优选为2-3份;1-3份硫磺,优选为1-2.5份;1-3份促进剂,优选为1-2份组成。
实施例1
一种耐油轮胎胎面胶料,按照质量份计算(单位:kg),该胶料是由30份天然橡胶,60份丁苯橡胶,10份的氯丁橡胶,60份炭黑,15份白碳黑,5份防老剂,2.5份微晶蜡,10份芳烃油,5份氧化锌,1份硬脂酸,6份增塑剂, 3份硅烷偶联剂,2.2份硫磺,1.4份促进剂组成。

1.一种耐油轮胎胎面胶料,其特征在于:按照质量份计算,该胶料是由10-40份天然橡胶,50-70份丁苯橡胶,5-15份的氯丁橡胶,50-70份炭黑,10-20份白碳黑,4-7份防老剂,1-4份微晶蜡,5-15份芳烃油,4-7份氧化锌,1-3份硬脂酸,3-7份增塑剂, 2-4份硅烷偶联剂,1-3份硫磺,1-3份促进剂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐油轮胎胎面胶料,其特征在于:所述天然橡胶为10-30份,丁苯橡胶为50-60份,氯丁橡胶为10-15份,炭黑为60-65份,白碳黑为15-20份,防老剂为4-5份,微晶蜡为1-3份,芳烃油为5-10份,氧化锌为4-5份,硬脂酸为1-2份,增塑剂5-6份,硅烷偶联剂2-3份,硫磺为1-2.5份,促进剂为1-2份。
