本发明提出一种含有芳纶的矿用轮胎胎面胶料,按照质量份计算,该胶料是由0‑98份丁苯橡胶SBR1500E,3‑10份的芳纶浆粕,40‑65份炭黑,2‑5份防老剂,1‑4份微晶蜡,3‑7份芳烃油,2‑5份氧化锌,0.2‑3份硬脂酸,4‑7份增塑剂,1‑3份硫磺,1‑3份促进剂组成。采用本发明制得的轮胎,可以提高轮胎耐切割和耐扎刺等性能,同时提高轮胎使用寿命。

一种含有芳纶的矿用轮胎胎面胶料
技术领域
本发明属于橡胶领域,尤其涉及一种含有芳纶的矿用轮胎胎面胶料。
背景技术
工程轮胎因使用环境不同对轮胎的性能要求也不同,矿用轮胎因其使用环境比较恶劣,对轮胎胎面的耐切割、耐刺扎等性能要求比较高。而现有的工程轮胎一般都是用天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶等作为主要橡胶材料生产的,这些橡胶材料的强度弱,抗扎刺能较差,所以当轮胎在比较恶劣的环境中使用时,效果较差,轮胎的使用寿命较短。因此现有的矿用轮胎的胶面还是不够理想,不能满足矿用轮胎的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种矿用轮胎胎面胶料,提高轮胎耐切割和耐扎刺等性能,同时提高轮胎使用寿命。
本发明是这样实现的:
本发明是一种含有芳纶的矿用轮胎胎面胶料,按照质量份计算(单位:kg),该胶料是由0-98份丁苯橡胶SBR1500E,3-10份的芳纶浆粕,40-65份炭黑, 2-5份防老剂,1-4份微晶蜡,3-7份芳烃油,2-5份氧化锌,0.2-3份硬脂酸,4-7份增塑剂, 1-3份硫磺,1-3份促进剂组成。
进一步地,所述芳纶浆粕含有30%芳纶,其余成份为丁苯橡胶,炭黑为58-65份,防老剂为3-4份,微晶蜡为1-3份,芳烃油为3-5份,氧化锌为2-3份,硬脂酸为1-2份,增塑剂为5-7份,硫磺为1-2份,促进剂为1-2份。
采用以上技术方案,由于芳纶具有高强度、高模量、低密度等特性,且在高温和低温下性能都很好,420℃以上才能碳化分解,将其应用到橡胶复合材料中能够赋予橡胶复合材料高强度、耐刺扎等优点。将芳纶制成浆粕,可以提高了芳纶与橡胶的界面粘接性能,从而提高含有芳纶的橡胶材料的性能,提高轮胎的使用寿命。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
本发明的一种含有芳纶的矿用轮胎胎面胶料,按照质量份计算(单位:kg),该胶料是由0-98份丁苯橡胶SBR1500E;3-10份的芳纶浆粕,所述芳纶浆粕含有30%芳纶,其余成份为丁苯橡胶;40-65份炭黑,优选为58-65份;2-5份防老剂,优选为3-4份;1-4份微晶蜡,优选为1-3份;3-7份芳烃油,优选为3-5份;2-5份氧化锌,优选为2-3份;0.2-3份硬脂酸,优选为1-2份;4-7份增塑剂,优选为5-7份;1-3份硫磺,优选为1-2份;1-3份促进剂,优选为1-2份组成。
实施例1
一种含有芳纶的矿用轮胎胎面胶料,按照质量份计算(单位:kg),该胶料是由95.33份丁苯橡胶SBR1500E,6.67份的芳纶浆粕,58份炭黑, 3份防老剂,2.5份微晶蜡,5份芳烃油,3份氧化锌,1份硬脂酸,6份增塑剂, 1.5份硫磺,1.5份促进剂。
当然,以上只是本发明的具体应用范例,本发明还有其他的实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明所要求的保护范围之内。

1.一种含有芳纶的矿用轮胎胎面胶料,其特征在于:按照质量份计算,该胶料是由0-98份丁苯橡胶SBR1500E,3-10份的芳纶浆粕,40-65份炭黑, 2-5份防老剂,1-4份微晶蜡,3-7份芳烃油,2-5份氧化锌,0.2-3份硬脂酸,4-7份增塑剂, 1-3份硫磺,1-3份促进剂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有芳纶的矿用轮胎胎面胶料,其特征在于:所述芳纶浆粕含有30%芳纶,其余成份为丁苯橡胶,炭黑为58-65份,防老剂为3-4份,微晶蜡为1-3份,芳烃油为3-5份,氧化锌为2-3份,硬脂酸为1-2份,增塑剂为5-7份,硫磺为1-2份,促进剂为1-2份。
