技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种PS、SBR共混材料配方。
背景技术
PS、SBR共混材料综合PS、SBR两种材料的性能,但阻燃性能有待改善。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著改善阻燃性能的阻燃型PS、SBR共混材料配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
阻燃型PS、SBR共混材料配方,其改进之处在于:每100份PS树脂配备:16~19份SBR(丁苯胶)、2~5份SBS-g-MAH、0.4~0.7份ZnSt、3~5份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、2~4份氯化石蜡。
进一步改进在于:所述氯化石蜡为含氯42%的氯化石蜡。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:添加邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,改善PE、PP的相容性,增加塑性;添加含氯42%的氯化石蜡,显著提高阻燃性能。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
阻燃型PS、SBR共混材料配方,每100份PS树脂配备:16份SBR(丁苯胶)、2份SBS-g-MAH、0.4份ZnSt、3份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、2份氯化石蜡,本实施例中,氯化石蜡为含氯42%的氯化石蜡。
实施例2:
阻燃型PS、SBR共混材料配方,每100份PS树脂配备:19份SBR(丁苯胶)、5份SBS-g-MAH、0.7份ZnSt、5份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、4份氯化石蜡,本实施例中,氯化石蜡为含氯42%的氯化石蜡。

1.一种阻燃型PS、SBR共混材料配方,其特征在于:每100份PS树脂配备:16~19份SBR(丁苯胶)、2~5份SBS-g-MAH、0.4~0.7份ZnSt、3~5份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、2~4份氯化石蜡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃型PS、SBR共混材料配方,其特征在于:所述氯化石蜡为含氯42%的氯化石蜡。
