本发明公开了一种耐低温橡胶,由以下重量份的组分组成:丁腈橡胶100份、天然橡胶12份、三聚氰胺树脂8份、聚氯乙烯5份、炭黑33份、松焦油4份、竹纤维9份、防老剂AW2.4份、硫化剂3份、促进剂0.2份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5.5份、油酸3.7份、硬脂酸4份。本发明配方中加入竹纤维,制备得到的橡胶具有强度高、抗撕裂性的优点;同时,能在低温下长时间使用,其理化性能与常温时基本无变化,从而延长橡胶制品的寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶领域,具体涉及一种耐低温橡胶。
背景技术
橡胶的耐低温性,即在规定的低温下保持其弹性和正常工作的能力,橡胶的耐低温性主要取决于高聚物的两个基本特性,玻璃化转变和结晶,两者都会使橡胶在低温下丧失弹性。橡胶的耐低温性主要体现在分子链的运动能力较强,分子间的运动相对的容易,分子凝聚的能量相对的低。可以适当的提高含胶率,在硫化条件不变的状态下,结合胶含量相对变化小,因而提高耐低性;增塑剂,油的选取和使用,增塑剂能使橡胶分子运动变得容易。
现有技术一般在低温下使用的橡胶,除具有低温性能外,还要求其他性能,如耐油、耐介质,具有高强度等其他的性能,因此,单独选用耐寒性好的橡胶往往不能满足实际需求,这时就要考虑两种或两种以上橡胶并用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种强度高、抗撕裂性的耐低温橡胶。
本发明的耐低温橡胶,由以下重量份的组分组成:丁腈橡胶100份、天然橡胶12份、三聚氰胺树脂8份、聚氯乙烯5份、炭黑33份、松焦油4份、竹纤维9份、防老剂AW2.4份、硫化剂3份、促进剂0.2份、增塑剂5.5份、软化剂3.7份、硬脂酸4份。
所述软化剂为油酸。
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
采用上述技术方案后,通过在本发明配方中加入竹纤维,制备得到的橡胶具有强度高、抗撕裂性的优点;本发明耐低温橡胶能在低温下长时间使用,其理化性能与常温时基本无变化,从而延长橡胶制品的寿命。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明的一种耐低温橡胶做进一步说明。
本发明的一种耐低温橡胶,由以下重量份的组分组成:丁腈橡胶100份、天然橡胶12份、三聚氰胺树脂8份、聚氯乙烯5份、炭黑33份、松焦油4份、竹纤维9份、防老剂AW2.4份、硫化剂3份、促进剂0.2份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5.5份、油酸3.7份、硬脂酸4份。

1.一种耐低温橡胶,由以下重量份的组分组成:丁腈橡胶100份、天然橡胶12份、三聚氰胺树脂8份、聚氯乙烯5份、炭黑33份、松焦油4份、竹纤维9份、防老剂AW2.4份、硫化剂3份、促进剂0.2份、增塑剂5.5份、软化剂3.7份、硬脂酸4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐低温橡胶,其特征在于:所述软化剂为油酸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐低温橡胶,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
