技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种PS、SBR共混材料配方。
背景技术
PS、SBR共混材料综合PS、SBR两种材料的性能,但耐低温性能有待改善。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著改善耐低温性能的耐寒型PS、SBR共混材料配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
耐寒型PS、SBR共混材料配方,其改进之处在于:每100份PS树脂配备:15~18份SBR(丁苯胶)、3~6份SBS-g-MAH、0.4~0.8份ZnSt、0.5~0.9份BaSt稳定剂、4~8份己二酸二辛酯(DOA)。
优选地,每100份PS树脂配备:16~17份SBR(丁苯胶)、4~5份SBS-g-MAH、0.5~0.6份ZnSt、0.6~0.7份BaSt稳定剂、5~6份己二酸二辛酯(DOA)。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:添加己二酸二辛酯(DOA),显著提高耐寒性能。

耐寒型PS、SBR共混材料配方,每100份PS树脂配备:18份SBR(丁苯胶)、6份SBS-g-MAH、0.8份ZnSt、0.9份BaSt稳定剂、8份己二酸二辛酯(DOA)。
