本发明公开了一种增韧型PA共混材料配方,每100份PA‑66树脂中配备:12~14份SEBS、4~6份PP‑g‑EPDM、0.4~0.6份PP蜡、0.6~0.9份HSt、10~12份EVA;进一步改进在于:每100份PA‑66树脂中配备:13~14份SEBS、5~6份PP‑g‑EPDM、0.4~0.5份PP蜡、0.7~0.8份HSt、10~11份EVA。本发明显著改善韧性。

本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种PA、PP共混材料配方。
背景技术
PA、PP共混材料可以综合两种材料的性能,但韧性有待改善。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著改善韧性的增韧型PA共混材料配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
增韧型PA共混材料配方,其改进之处在于:每100份PA-66树脂中配备:12~14份SEBS、4~6份PP-g-EPDM、0.4~0.6份PP蜡、0.6~0.9份HSt、 10~12份EVA。
优选地,每100份PA-66树脂中配备:13~14份SEBS、5~6份PP-g-EPDM、0.4~0.5份PP蜡、0.7~0.8份HSt、 10~11份EVA。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:同时添加SEBS、EVA,显著改善韧性。
